This journey has been so much more than just changing my body. It has been about discipline, consistency, strength, and believing in myself even on the days I didn’t feel like I could. The hard work, the sweat, the tears, and every small victory have been worth it. I’m so grateful for ISI Englewood, every coach, friend, and family member who has supported and pushed me along the way. Especially my husband, thank you for being part of this journey with me and for always encouraging me to keep going. This is only the beginning. ♥️ by @jesscvs

HYROX NYC was an absolutely insane experience. All the training, meal prepping, supplements, time spent on recovery and the mental fortitude this takes is truly incredible. Our time was 1hr 34mins and we are proud of it. Special Thanks to our gym @isi.englewood for getting us ready! On to the next one. 💪🏼 #HYROX #HYROXNYC #ISIENGLEWOOD #HYBRIDATHLETE taken in Manhattan, New York by @jesscvs

From never touching a weight to HYROX prep!

If you have ever been to ISI for more than a few days you have probably seen Jess.

A lot of you see the gym boss that is in front of you now. But when she started, she had never touched a weight, done a squat, or used a ski-erg before.

But over the last year now, she took her fitness seriously. Dialed in her nutrition, stayed consistent with her workouts, and gives it all every time she hits the turf.

And now last month, her and her husband have signed up to race at HYROX NYC!!

In less than a year, Jess has taken herself from a total newbie to an absolute beast on the turf. She lives the ISI values of, bringing the energy, doing the right thing and rising as one.

We’re so proud of the work you have put in Jess and cannot wait to cheer you on at HYROX NYC 💚💪

If you’re ready for your own transformation. It all starts with your first session, DM us and we’ll get you set up with a complimentary session.
