🍕 Pizza, cocktails & good vibes @oldcityniles 🍹

We stopped by Old City Pizzeria & Sports Bar in Niles for some delicious food and drinks, and here’s what we tried! 😍

🍹 Drinks: We kicked things off with a refreshing Frozen Strawberry Margarita and a Frozen Mango Margarita Mocktail.

🍽️ Appetizers:

* Salsiccia Peperonata 🌶️
* Mozzarella Sticks 🧀

🍕 The Pizzas:

* Cheesehead Clash Stuffed Pizza – A cheese lover’s dream loaded with mozzarella, Romano, ricotta, and provolone cheese! 🧀
* Tavern-Style Carbonara Pizza – A delicious twist on traditional pizza, topped with ham, bacon, and mushrooms over a creamy Alfredo sauce! 🤤

Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying their tavern-style pizza! Nothing beats a good Chicago-style thin crust! 🍕❤️

Whether you’re stopping in for pizza, drinks, or to catch a game, Old City has you covered! 🍻🏈

A little taste of Oaxaca in Chicago! 🇲🇽🌮🍹✨

Recently visited @istmochicago and I absolutely loved the experience! From the authentic Oaxacan flavors to the beautiful presentation, every dish was thoughtfully prepared with a creative twist.

Here’s what we tried: 😋🔥

🍹 Drinks:

* Clarified Piña Colada
* Hibiscus Spritz Mocktail

🍽️ Appetizers:

* Mariscos Tostada
* Hamachi

🌮 Main Dishes:

* Camarones a la Diabla
* Tlayuda with Skirt Steak

🍮 Desserts:

* Nicoatole – Traditional Corn & Coconut Custard
* Mocha Tres Leches

Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor! The desserts were especially memorable, and I loved experiencing the unique flavors of Oaxacan cuisine.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to try their brunch menu! 🥰

If you’re looking to explore something beyond your typical Mexican restaurant, Istmo is definitely worth checking out! ❤️
