My biggest regret of leaving Australia is not being able to continue Muay Thai for a while.

Big up to my coach/Kru @n.muaygym , who took me from being stiff as a brick, barely able to lift my legs past a knee, blocking punches with my face, to being able to spar every Saturday with guys who’ve got years of experience, including ex fighters (shoutout Mickey). Special thanks to Shano too for the many hard rounds.

I’ve tried plenty of things like running, squash, tennis etc and never really got into any of them, but I’m addicted to this sport.

Incredible that our wedding was one year ago today.
It was a grand idea that all started because most venues wouldn’t allow us to change the wines on their list.
After going back and forth between having it in Thailand or Indonesia, we (mostly Georgie) finally settled on Tuscany, and it was the right choice.
We had an amazing few days with an impressive amount of wines tasted, surrounded by an even more impressive group of loving people.
Looking back with one year of hindsight, it really brings back how special those moments were.
To my now amazing wife @georgie.hammer , it was all thanks to your incredible supplier selection. And having been married to you for this first year has been like a soothing ocean breeze.
We have some amazing and exciting projects and a life to build together, the wedding was just the start.

It’s with a heavy heart that we said goodbye to Brixton.
Just shy of 13 years with this absolute legend of a pup, picked him up in my early twenties, not knowing he’d end up joining me on so many adventures.

From 6 AM post-Casbah sunrise walks (questionable life choices included), to getting him flown across the world, we did it all. Trips to Byron, countless beach days, remote camping missions, waterfall hikes, and endless sessions of him chasing me on the electric skateboard. The ultimate wingman too; he even helped me land a wife.

Always happy, even till the end. Slightly lazy, and somehow never fat, despite the pizza, pasta, steak, and every snack known to man that somehow made it into his mouth 😂. What a dog. “Man’s best friend” doesn’t even come close.

Quick in and out in Scotland and Switzerland to see a few legends get married, smash Frankfurt’s, drink Kabinett, drink Whiskey, eat lobster (merci @chefdeanbanks), hang with the bro @justone888 .

Little bit of cheeseland 🇨🇭

Cabane Moiry overnight hike, wedding day, hike to St Christoph, raclette by Verbier’s most famous racleur @justone888 and epic meal at @montheron_auberge catching up with @sapins_et_vins and @albacommelatruffe that served use some epic eats.

All locally sourced and some of the best vinos we tasted during the whole trip. What an experience and so good to see old friends smashing it
