Right before the pandemic, I was leading mass meditations in arenas with the sound bowl queen @itsjackiecantwell on #oprahs2020visiontour⁣⁣It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. 15,000+ people at a time in total stillness together. Honored to keynote the mainstage at @conferencesforwomen Mass for 11,000 people — the largest conference for women in the US.Led a mass meditation, was interviewed by my old friend @gabbybernstein and got to reunite with @itsjackiecantwell like it was the @thebigquiet days.During my segment, I took the audience back in time to meet their 7 year old selves…I asked them to tell their younger selves about the good things ahead in their lives:Making friends, falling in love, going on adventures, exploring different careers, becoming wiser, growing into the person they are today.When I walked off stage, Martha Stewart was up next to speak.She pulled me aside to tell me that she appreciated the exercise.Imagine Martha Stewart telling her 7 year old self about all of the good things ahead :)Thank you @masswomen for having me back on stage and @creativeartistsagency for making it happen! by @jesseisrael

Each year we take an annual boys trip in nature.We have one key rule:Each guy leads a surprise activity on a different day.Day 1: we played Battleship using walkie-talkies floating on kids’ bounce houses on a lake.Day 2: we made a one-shot music video.Day 3: I surprised the boys with matching turtlenecks and took them to a petting zoo for a photoshoot. And remember: doing weird things together is one of the fastest ways to remember why you love your friends. by @jesseisrael

Every year, three mates and I disappear for our annual boys’ trip.We have just three rules:1- Live for a laugh.2- Zero inhibitions.3- Friendship above all.Because laughter, creativity and play are our favourite things, each of us has to surprise the group by creating one ridiculous activity for the weekend.This year the boys conspired some outrageous experiences …Day 1- Shot a one-take music video. Day 2- Did a fashion photoshoot in loafers and turtlenecks at a petting zoo.Day 3- Wrote and performed a musical.This year, my contribution?I convinced everyone to dress as pirates, climb into kids-size inflatable bouncy castles, and play Battleship in the middle of a lake……using walkie-talkies.Somehow, no one drowned.Every year this weekend reminds me of something important: play isn’t a distraction from life, it fuels it.I always come home feeling more creative, more connected, and more alive.So here’s your reminder…Call your mates. Make the plan. Do something ridiculous.Because years from now, you probably won’t remember another night on the couch.You’ll remember the day you played Battleship dressed as pirates in the middle of a lake.⚓️ Do it. by @jesseisrael
