POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I can only aspire to be half the man you are. The smartest man I’ve ever met. I’m not quite sure how I’ll navigate this world without you, but I can promise I will do whatever it takes to make you proud of me. I love you dad, rest in Heaven. Until I see you again. Say hi to God for me. by @jessejamesray

40. Four-Zero… And let’s be clear, I’m not happy about it. I’m not gonna pretend like everyone else and say something like “so excited for what the next chapter and decade has in store!” It’s probably arthritis and a bad back. Father Time remains undefeated. It’s time to embrace sitting on my porch and yelling at young children playing near my perfectly manicured lawn. Hi my name is Jesse and I’m turning 40 in 40 days. Pros: Still have a full head of hair. Not fat. Still feels like he’s 17. Cons: Turning 40 in 40 days. Midlife crisis imminent. Hair too long. Still thinks he’s 17. by @jessejamesray
