You might recognize this if you were following @fatbearweek . I saw this image of 89 Backpack riding on the back of his mother, 435 Holly and couldn't stop thinking about it, I still can't. Despite living in a world that mostly awards male aggression, Backpack grew up to be a gentile giant who could have anything he wants at this point in life, but still leads with kindness. His mother was famously kind, nurturing, and protective of Backpack and his siblings, including one adopted cub. Backpack is as we see him today because he had his mother, Holly as an example, and I just think that's beautiful. He reminds me of Ferdinand the Bull, who I have tattooed on my leg. Two gentile giants with huge hearts who want nothing more than to sit and enjoy the scenery. We could all learn something from Backpack and Holly.
