I am thrilled to announce the [NEW RELEASE] of my debut solo album...

TRANSITIONS

🎧 FEBRUARY 27 on ALL streaming platforms

This album features four incredible composers: @derekdavidcomposer , Brett Dean, György Kurtág and GP Telemann. The works I selected explore a wide range of sound worlds, highlighting the viola’s dark, moody colors, its brilliant, shimmering vibrancy, and its warm, calming glow

🎙️MASSIVE shoutout to both Paul Chirka & @j.clemensseely for being 🧙‍♂️🧙 behind recording/mixing/mastering

Transitions is set to be released under
📀 Wolfe Records 💿 - a Classical Music Label run by incredibly talented brother @glennmorrisonofficial

Also a HUGE thanks to @canada.council for their incredibly generous support in funding this entire project, including a brilliant new piece I commissioned from @derekdavidcomposer

Album cover art thanks to the creative mind of @pasha_ofc & uniquely curated photoshoots with 📸 @unfoldingcreativephoto by @jessemorrisonviola

Some moments from last weekend at the incredibly inspiring @soundatlasfest where I performed Brett Dean’s “Skizzen für Siegbert”, Alice Ho’s “With these tears…” and Chris Paul Harman’s Suite for solo viola.

Awesome venue, groovy lighting and such an engaged audience!
