The Highs and Lows tour 2026 was an unforgettable experience. Being able to pass the century ride(100 mile) mark with such an amazing group supporting an incredible cause is indescribable. I could not have asked for a better way. You never know how far you can push yourself until you try. 2 years ago, and well into last year I was in the middle of a pretty deep depression due to my Genitofemoral Neuralgia caused by my Vasectomy in 2024. Prolonged Gabapentin use to numb the pain did a number on my mental state. Weaning off of it was a journey by itself. My family really saved me, and I found relief in cycling. I have grown so much as a person and have met some amazing people that I now consider my dear friends. Endurance sports is a great outlet that I hope others consider.

There is help.
There is support.
There is community.

You are loved.
You are cherished.
You are cared for.

Please seek help if you need it and trust that your friends and family are in your corner. I know I am so thankful to have found a path forward when it was so dark.

If you had told me 2 years ago I would be passing massive milestones on a bike, I would have looked at you with a deep sadness and asked "when and How?" Barely being able to walk and heavily medicated, it was hard to see a path forward. I am so grateful for where I am today. To say cycling has changed my life is an understatement, and to pass this milestone with such an amazing group while supporting @nami_new_hampshire is such an honor. Everyone is on their own journey, but we can all use some help.

Remember this, your father wants to see as good of a man as he meant to be.

Thank you for choosing me to be your Dad, 10 years of father's days feels like such a weird statement. I hope our future together is as bright as our days. I love you all. Had a good weekend overall. Saturdays are for the climbs. Did you know there is a lighthouse in the Weirs? Its also a pretty brutal climb on the bike.

Turning 34 and wrapping up this big project had me feeling some things, and this song has been playing non stop for some time now. After decades of working for other people, going out fully on my own was terrifying - but do not be Afraid of the dark. You do not have to do it alone. We are finally doing it, we finally found our homes. We are giving it everything.

Wanted to do something silly to show how big this shower truly is.
