Getting it done, one day at time

Hit a milestone today. 100 workouts! Super happy with my progress and keen to keep pushing! 💪💪💪 by @jessewildee

100 days away.

The last few months have been tough, but they’ve also been some of the most important months I’ve had in a long time.

I stepped away from social media and spent some time focusing on myself, my mental health, my routines, my work, and the things that actually matter to me.

There were good days, bad days, days where I felt completely lost, and days where things finally started to make a little more sense.

I needed some space to understand myself better and build a healthier foundation for the future.

I’m still figuring things out, but I feel more grounded, more comfortable with myself, and more excited about what’s ahead. by @jessewildee
