This is about running in Lake Kawaguchi.. and this is also not about running in Lake Kawaguchi. 🥹Back in March, I never would’ve imagined that December would find me running around Lake Kawaguchiko. Sometimes we don’t even realize we’re already living the things we prayed for. That’s how amazing God is. His timing is perfect. Cooling down is just as important as warming up. This may or may not be about working out. 😉🤭Seriously though, cooling down helps our body recover, lowers our heart rate gradually, and gives our muscles a chance to reset before calling it a day. First driving lesson: unlocked. Huge thanks to my JM for teaching me the basics.. from the pre-drive checks to finally getting the wheels moving. Learning in the Ford Ranger Sport made it so much less intimidating. For a truck, it’s surprisingly easy to drive and beginner-friendly!!@fordphilippines by @jessicainyourhead
