We realized today that this month marks 10 years of friendship. God is so good to me that He would give me a friend like you, Alayna! Jesus, our rock, has been at the center of our friendship since day one and He has carried us through the unimaginable. I am so grateful!

“…and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.” — Matthew 7:25 by @jessicanetzler

I made another dress 🥀

It’s a two-piece set made of a burnout velvet fabric I already had. The skirt has an asymmetrical waistline (à la Halle Berry’s Ellie Saab gown) and a teensy train. It slips over the top, which is a sheer bodysuit I can wear dressed down with other skirts and pants.

7.5 hours total from concept to completion

Bye bye!

Yesterday was 5 years working with my girl, Kasandra!

I am so grateful for her dedication and graciousness throughout the most tumultuous years of my life. (Learning how to be a good leader and example has not been pretty.) Work has streeeetched us and stressed us out. Somehow we’ve laughed through it all! She’s been the cause of many eye rolls and belly laughs. She’s prayed for me and prayed with me.

These years working together have been a gift from God, Kasandra! They haven’t always felt like it in the moment, but when we pause to look back, God’s faithfulness is evident. Here’s to another 5 years of walking out God’s plan for our lives with astonishing faith! I’m rooting for you! by @jessicanetzler
