Feeling good in my own body is not something I take for granted. It never has been for me. So whenever I do feel that way, I try to take a picture of myself and share it, because I think it’s important to acknowledge those moments when you're like, “Hey, I actually feel good today. I feel good about myself, and I think it shows on the outside, too.”

Maybe you can tell I don’t really have a plan. 🤔😬 But I absolutely don’t want to give up on this project of writing one article a day, because I truly believe that improving by just 1% a day can change my life — but only if I keep showing up with some consistency.

And honestly, if I had waited until I had a proper plan, I’m pretty sure I would never have started in the first place. 💖

It's day 4!! knew that sooner or later I would find a way to bring the vision that inspired me to transform my living room into one of these articles.

I believe it’s just a small example of where life can take us when we learn to trust ourselves and follow what feels right, even when no one else can see it yet.

In other words, if it worked for my living room, maybe it can work for the rest of my life too.
