There is something so extremely valuable about sitting under people who have spent decades doing the hard work. Leaders whose wisdom has been forged through experience, character refined over time, and whose lives are marked by undeniable fruit.

I’ve had a few opportunities over the past few years to learn from this incredible leader. Voted one of the most admired CEOs, has invested in and equipped countless C-suite leaders across our region and beyond.
Who I’m sure is busier than most of us could imagine, yet he chose to spend time investing in a small room of hungry young leaders.

I love seeing on display what it can look like to love Jesus while pursuing excellence and growth in your work.

Feeling challenged, encouraged, and walking away with fresh courage. 🤍 Such a fun day! by @jessicargilstrap

| Little Tennessean’s

Met my sweet niece, Gracie Wren. 🩷

Played endlessly with three little cutie boys. Quality time with three of my sisters (and brother-in-law). Soaked up every minute.

Gosh, grateful doesn’t feel like it even scratches the surface when it comes to naming how I feel about these friends.

Got to dream up and execute this super fun event in Orlando last week for our company 🎸Can’t stop thinking about how much fun it was.

Every year in February our company partners with one of our favorite industries, Agritourism! For a conference and then a little extra TicketSpice splash..Aka a big ol’ fun party for farmers to just enjoy.

We like to be cheeky and keep the party theme ever changing and a total surprise! This year, the theme was “Rock N’ Roll” and named it “Rock The Spice” 🤘🏼

It’s such a huge honor to be trusted with it and such a blast to get to just be this creative! This is easily my favorite event I get to plan each year so here are a few photos and videos to sneak a peek..

Fun Details:
- Live band made up of our employees from around the US
- Some famous farmer faces as our lead singers (Hugh and Alma)
- Band Posters
- Band Tees for party favors
- Tattoo Parlor inside (temp/washable of course!)
- Guitar Picks as drink tokens
- Custom green surprise drink when you say code word “The Spice is Nice”
- Rock and Roll Photo Booth
- Food Galore

And so much more. 🤍 and completely impossible without the best partner in it all @coachgweezy and the most supportive leadership team and team members who know how to hunker down, work hard, play as a team and crush it! by @jessicargilstrap

Really grateful for my friends and fam who love me so well, and know me so deeply. 🤍

And because of that, made absolute sure there was room for a pretty red dress and my pearls. 💁🏼‍♀️

And so many thank you’s to all of you who sent birthday wishes, prayers and blessings! I love you all! by @jessicargilstrap
