Chances are, at some point in your time in the car scene you’ve seen a MK2 Golf on Porsche wheels, or more recently a MK7 Golf on Bentley wheels… the Volkswagen scene has a great number of OEM+ or perhaps in these cases OEM++ wheel choices thanks to the VW group’s collection of famous car marques. This R36 Passat, in my humble opinion, is the best example of that by far! Something about the Lamborghini telephone dial wheels and the R36s styling match each other so well you’d believe they were designed with these rims in mind. The larger diameter and spot on fitment suit the car much better than the standard issue R36 wheels. Topping it all off is the colour combination, matching silver tying the car and the wheels together, with a hint of that brash Lamborghini flair from the luminous green calipers. What a car! ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @r36_dan 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #passat #r36 #b6passat #vwpassat #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
The only thing better than an R36 Passat is 2 R36 Passats! I noticed a few folks had stuck around to get group photos as the crowds of the show started to depart, and I was determined to get these Passats lined up so thank you so much to @r36_dan and @l5_ddw for your time! I hadn’t really planned it out in my head beforehand but I knew I wanted to have the cars facing in opposing directions, and despite my lack of pre-planning I’m very happy with how they looked staged like this! Both cars are epic and compliment each other fantastically when posed together ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @r36_dan @l5_ddw 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #passat #r36 #b6passat #vwpassat #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
The more you get to know me, the more you realise I’m rather fond of the Volkswagen Passat, especially the B6 generation. This here is a stunning example of the ultimate form of the B6, the all wheel drive V6-powered R36 estate! It’s sporting a gorgeous set of BBS wheels sitting just right in the arches, with a vibrant pop of contrasting colour from the brake calipers sat behind them. If you like Passats as much as I do stay tuned, there’s plenty more on the way including more shots of this one! ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @l5_ddw 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #passat #r36 #b6passat #vwpassat #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
The Escort is definitely haunted now… Happy belated Halloween! I had to scope out this spot on the recommendation of a family member who thought it would be especially fitting for a Halloween themed shoot given its haunted history, but after visiting for a practice shoot with my own car I must say I’m ready to add it to my permanent roster of locations for client shoots! There’s a perfect balance of nature, industry, and history here that I’d suggest would work best with classic cars. This Autumn-Winter period seems like the perfect time to shoot here too, so if you like what you see don’t hesitate to reach out to book something in before the fallen leaves all rot away! Note that I’m not liable for any hauntings or possessions at this location🤣 ^ ^ 🔑: @barney_mk5_mistral 📸: @jessicarspots #fordescort #retroford #hauntedplaces #retrocars #halloweenphotography by @jessicarspots
Always check the public car park at a car show! I guarantee you’ll find a few gems at the very least! ^ ^ ^ 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #evo #camaross #fiatcoupe #vantage #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
This was one of the last shows I attended for this year’s season, it’s always a bittersweet feeling knowing that it’s been an amazing year but the winter break is approaching. What a way to bring it to a close though! The great planning and quality that you can always count on from the @thedriverscollection lot, the fantastic builds and passionate owners, meeting @therealdevvo which if you told me would happen this year i wouldn’t have believed it! Support your local car shows! ^ ^ ^ 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #thedriverscollection #carshow #carmeet #carphotography #classiccars by @jessicarspots
There’s something about the styling of the E28 that adds a hint of intimidation hiding beneath its elegance. It was designed to be respected, perhaps even revered. Those 4 headlights will stare you down with quiet confidence, and you’ll find the longer you stare back the more you appreciate its commanding presence. ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @_h_kramer 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #bmw #e28 #bmwe28 #bmw5 thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots

There’s no questioning where this E28’s loyalties lie! It’s BBS through and through. These two German brands are a match made in heaven as demonstrated by this stunning sharknose 5er ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @_b85bmw_ 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #e28 #bmwe28 #bbs #sharknose #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
Twingo!!! Even cheap small cars used to be fun, with quirky designs and funky paint colours… when they didn’t have many features, it was price and charm that sold them in large numbers! Nowadays you get a ‘cheap’ car with unpainted everything and a giant bezel where the iPad screen should be, a reminder that the car was designed to be expensive and compromised to squeeze a base version in. Will Renault remedy this with the new retro styled EV Twingo? ^ ^ ^ 🔑: @thatblueminiguy 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #twingo #renaulttwingo #renault #twingolovers #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
As we know, smiles per gallon beats miles per gallon. A Nova SS can give you plenty of the former! ^ ^ ^ 🔑: ? 👥: @thedriverscollection 📍: @sheffieldaeroclub 📸: @jessicarspots #chevrolet #chevy #nova #novass #thedriverscollection by @jessicarspots
