I knew I wanted to be a stylist when I was 12! Weekends hangouts with friends turned into house salons and I was convinced the kitchen knife set scissors gave my guy friends the perfect j crew texture cut 😂😂 I've learned alot since then but it's a hill I'll die on ✂️🤣 The other hill I'll die on is monat products are it. I've never ever seen products perform like this and no other brand takes care of their distributors better! Imagine the confidence as a stylist to sell a product that will improve the scalp, density and health of the hair AND allow you to offer products you didn't have to buy and stock, offering your clients a 15 percent discount always, tiered discount depending on how much they get, free shipping over $100 ($5 for less than $100), a $25 birthday credit and access to amazing sales in the comfort of their home. (I don't know about you but I couldn't afford to offer that to my clients on my own) I still love doing hair as much as I did 25 years ago but I'm grateful I found Monat because it allows me to do it on my own terms with my family. Being a stylist is one of the best careers! Helping people feel their best and they're always so happy to come see you! But it also takes a lot out of you physically and if you're not behind the chair, you're not earning money. Your kids are growing. They're getting more involved in things and you wanna be more available and flexible..... maybe you want to work less behind the chair as you're getting older, but you don't wanna lose that income. In passionate about this for stylist because I am one and I get it and after 10 years of being with this company and watching it evolve and put people first I can confidently say this is the biggest blessing for stylists! Lucky for you I'm an open book so I'm always happy to chat! If you're ready to ditch the overhead of traditional retail, I'm ready to help you! We've been dreaming up something special and I'm gonna try not to cry as I type this up.... 8 years ago I had to close a chapter of my life that I didn't know I would ever reopen. I'm sure the enemy meant for harm, but God turned to good with the greatest gift...... it lead me into a season to be home with my babies! Almost 2 years ago I started to feel the nudge on my heart to go back to the salon, if I'm honest, I resisted..... I don't want to over spiritualize it but I KNOW it was the Lord and I wrestled Him 😂 I just had doubts, worries and fears, you know everything He tells us not to have! @lifewithpixle gave me my next great gift and it was a seat at her table. Being at The Guest House has healed so many parts of me in so many ways, it's truly brought so much joy into my life! Being a stay at home mom is amazing and I'm forever grateful for it but I know being in the salon, connecting with people and being in that environment doing hair is apart of my life's purpose and TGH was the place that allowed me to dream again! Which brings me here! Today we start a new chapter, continuing that purpose and calling that God started 16 years ago! I am so excited to pick back up something that for years was so special to me and rebuild again....this time in washington 🤍 I am excited to share more and bring you all along this journey and introduce you to @cottagegrovesalon .... not saying goodbye to The Guest House yet!! We have some big projects to do to make this salon all that we envision but you know Nick loves a project 🤣 To my clients 😭🤍 thank you for reminding me that I need you in my life and i love you! I cherish each of you dearly! Some of you are new, some of you waited 8 years and came back to me and you're apart of the confirmation I needed! So grateful for you all! Olivia and The Guest House girls : thank you for breathing life back into this part of my life! It's not by accident that God placed me among you all to reignite this fire. You have something so special and I'm grateful to have experienced it and I'm forever TGH auntie!!!! My favorite duo (and the IR clinical shampoo and conditioner) are 50% off this weekend! If you are looking for density and growth and all over health and vibrancy you HAVE to just use these products!! Hair issues are often associated with what's going on within and I think over the years we have all learned more about that but what you use topically absolutely matters!
