Love is the original current moving through everything. I’m no longer saving it for a future version of me, one who’s more healed, more beautiful, more successful. My practice now is remembering that universal love isn’t conditional. It doesn’t wait for perfection. Love is my nature. Joy is my nature. So this living, breathing version of me gets it all.

I think the secret to life is loving what’s right in front of you. The earth. The moment. The body that holds you.

The Sanskrit word prema refers to a deep, devotional love, often used to describe love in its highest form directed toward the divine. It’s a love that transcends ego, achievement, or outcome. Prema reminds me that unconditional love means letting myself be both holy and human. Rooted in devotion, a celebration of what is, prema awakens the aĢ„nandamaya kosha—the bliss body, our innermost layer of joy, peace, and pure being.

I’m devoted to this current of love, seeing it within me, and everything around me. A love that dissolves separation and expands my capacity for joy.✨ by @jessicaullathorne

Show me how good it can get✨

In Sanskrit, mantra can be understood as:
ā€œmanā€ = mind
ā€œtraā€ = tool or vehicle

A tool for directing the mind. Because our attention carries energy and what we repeatedly focus on begins to shape the way we experience lifešŸ’«

Where I’m focusing my mind right now: less rehearsing fear, more openness to how infinitely good life can get🌌 by @jessicaullathorne

April RecapāœØšŸ’
This past month offered a lot of opportunity for growth. During the most nourishing cottage weekend we reflected on what we’re bringing to a close and what seeds we’re planting next. My ongoing area for growth is self honouring, slowing down and integrating instead of always moving onto the next thing. This month gave me a chance to practice it with a car accident that left my car written off after being rear ended by a truck. I’m extremely grateful that I’m okay but it definitely shook me and forced me to slow down in a way I didn’t choose. It brought to light how much I like to be in control of my life, my schedule, and my momentum. I’m sharing this in an effort to not only use the monthly recap for the highlights. Even though I’m still feeling it, it’s also provided me a beautiful opportunity to release control, remember that things aren’t happening to me but for me, and to allow a little disruption to reset the pace and the vision.

I’m moving into May with a little more trust in the unexpected.🌌 by @jessicaullathorne

There’s a certain kind of quiet you only find when you move outside.

Not silence, but something softer. Wind moving past you. Light shifting. Your body syncing with it without trying.

Your breath lands differently here. Slower. Deeper. Like it finally has space.

You stop overthinking the movement. It becomes instinctual. Reaching, folding, opening. Your fingers catch the air, your feet press into the ground, and for a moment everything feels connected in a way that’s hard to explain, but easy to feel.

Nothing performative. Nothing to get right. Just your body moving through space, exactly as it is.

And somehow, that’s enough. taken in Muskoka, Ontario by @jessicaullathorne

March RecapšŸŒøšŸŒžšŸ¦‹
I’m a little late but I’m really loving bookending each month this way to reflect and recalibrate.

Reflecting on the experiences, adventures, and learnings of the previous month has provided an opportunity to not only feel the deep awe and gratitude of my life, but also to take what I’ve learned and move into the next month with more awareness and intention.

March was lush, tender, and heartfelt.

Our Panama Retreat was beyond epic and transformational. Celebrating that this was my 4th international retreat and that 19 incredible humans trusted Stacy and me to take them all the way to Panama for a curated week of connection. I’m so grateful.

Expansion and aliveness was also met with loss and heartbreak as we honoured the life of my Papa, with a powerful reminder to never take time for granted.

And of course every month includes dancing, playing, connection, and so much joy, even while holding pain and loss. A reminder that we can hold it all, and that impermanence makes this life even more precious and worth celebratingšŸ™ by @jessicaullathorne
