Today’s oatmeal bars: Apple cinnamon! I had no more bananas and so these are done with chopped apples and Greek yogurt. No flour, just oats, chia, sunflower seeds. On there’s eggs too. #oatbars #fallflavors by @jessidouz

Starting the day with pumpkin spice oat squares! Made with chia, sunflower seeds, raisins and pumpkin puree. No flour, just oats. Perfect way to start the day! #pumpkinspiceseason by @jessidouz

Amazing evening with @robbiewilliams last night - a beautiful venue and a beautiful crowd! This was a different sort of concert- it felt like a variety show, even something you’d get at a residency- sharing tidbits about his life, his family, his vulnerabilities, sprinkled with covers of other great songs as well as his greatest hits. He was cheeky, sweet (Oh my gosh the dedication to “Haido” from Thessaloniki), and above all, we definitely let him entertain us! #kalimarmaro #robbiewilliams #athensvibe by @jessidouz

A couple of days late, but still glowing from Sunday’s @ejektfestival with @greenday @thekooksmusic and Greece’s @theoverjoyed ! Avi and @anastasiaa.douz are such big fans - we arrived from London in the afternoon and went straight to OAKA! Kid was crying the whole time - so much that several people thought she was in distress to which I replied, “she’s just SO HAPPY!!!” #greenday #summerconcerts #athens by @jessidouz

This is a little hobby I picked up, just like everyone else, at the beginning of the pandemic. 2 years in, my starter is more mature, my bread is tastier and my skills, of course, have improved. I’m so glad I’ve kept this up! Too bad I didn’t keep up my pandemic workouts 😳😬 Have you kept your pandemic hobby?
