In 2024, I came to Tulum for my birthday. As I leave for this season, I’ve become a completely different woman yet again. 🪽 This is the version of the story I haven’t told publicly yet — the ending of one chapter, the beginning of another, the businesses, the friendships, the inner work, the seasons. Another year of being alive and refusing to do any of it halfway, from various coordinates. 🤭 My birthday came in hot last week, and I’ve been sitting with what I want to carry into the year ahead. Every birthday, I choose a word. Something I want to embody more deeply and come back to as a North Star in my decision making. Two years ago, VIVACITY. I wanted to feel wildly alive, in tune with my spirit. Last year, FLOURISH. I wanted to give everything I’d been building room to grow. Wellllll… it grew. 😂 This year was big and beautiful and occasionally completely unhinged. I lived in Mexico for months. Bopped around Europe and the US and made a home of everywhere I went, while quietly making plans for something a little more permanent. 🤫 Traded beaches for dirt roads and loved both. Took bigger risks. Built bigger things. Got on a truly unreasonable number of airplanes. And I was probably more off social media than I’ve been in years. Funny, considering I spend so much of my life building brands, businesses, content and stories for other people. I’ve learned I can get so excited about growth that I disappear inside of it. Always building, solving, creating, onto the next thing. And from where I’m standing, the growth isn’t exactly slowing down. There’s more unfolding in my work than ever, more opportunities pulling me into new rooms and new places. So this year, I’m choosing ROOTED. Rooted wherever my feet are. Rooted in my body and health. In my relationships. In the work and people I believe in. Rooted enough to keep traveling, building and saying yes to the things that make me feel alive without losing my grounding. More presence. More depth. More creating. Maybe a little more sharing along the way. 🕊️ To everyone who shared the love for my birthday, thank you for making it extra special. 🫶 by @jessiedore

Happy birthday to this multitalented guy who matches my energy. My favorite dance partner, fellow foodie, adventure junkie, and without question, my favorite person to laugh and explore this world with. This past year, we’ve spent summer days zipping around on boat and motorcycle in upstate New York, visited with family & friends in Chicagoland, danced our hearts out at Red Rocks, ate our way through Mexico City, hiked the Caminito del Rey in Malaga, e-biked around Ibiza, climbed castles in Portugal, spent part of the winter season in Tulum together… and continue to find magic in every chapter. But what I love most is that you don’t need a passport to make life exciting. You somehow turn backyard hikes, grocery runs, workouts, home-cooked dinners, and even tooth brushing parties into memories worth keeping. The adventure has never really been the places. It’s always been you. Happy Birthday, guapo. 🥰 Thank you for bringing so much fun, peace, happiness, and light into my life. Nights dancing at the special venue where Jeremy & I met. Beach days. Cenotes and lagoons. Exploring with mom. Next to the decks with DJ friends. Art walks. Slow mornings of meditation. Networking events. Friends I’ll fly across the world to see again. The kind of mornings, afternoons, and nights I’ll be telling stories about for the rest of my life.  I’m Jessie — a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur, and the co-founder of a marketing agency & creative studio built around deep core values — one of the biggest being freedom.
