I owe August in Paris a big fat apology!!!!

I hereby retract any statements I’ve made about the city being “boring” and “dead” in August. The city no longer shuts down in the way it used to — and it’s absolutely heavenly on every level 🍬

The museums are GLORIOUSLY empty. You can skip through Palais Royal and actually hear the fountains. Pop into Le Bon Marché on a weekday morning and you basically have the place privatized. You can finally have a civilized vintage shop in the marais. Oh and truly nothing beats the high of lime biking around the city jamming to your favorite playlist.

I just might even have a few last-minute hotel offers up my sleeve (cough @hotelcostes ). So if you’ve been flirting with a spontaneous Paris trip, consider this your sign :) taken in Paris, France by @jessieleventhal
