It’s been a while since we did a proper introduction around here, so let’s get to the good stuff!

Between balancing busy workdays, enjoying local life, and diving into our own passions off the clock, life is always beautifully busy and full of energy. We feel so lucky to build this business side by side right here in the place we’ve always called home. 🤍 taken in Colorado by @jessisue_

Looking for iconic mountain views, top-rated schools, and everyday convenience in North Colorado Springs? Briargate is easily one of the most sought-after pockets of town, and for good reason! 🏔️

From open-air shopping at The Promenade Shops to spending weekends at John Venezia Community Park, living here means having incredible amenities right outside your front door. Plus, being anchored in Academy District 20 and positioned right along I-25 makes it a top choice for both local convenience and quick commutes.

Thinking about making a move to Briargate or curious what your current home is worth in today's market? Send us a DM or drop a comment below.

Growing up right here in Colorado Springs, this city has always held a special place in our hearts.

We have spent our lives making memories against the backdrop of Pikes Peak, exploring Garden of the Gods, and watching the neighborhoods we love grow and thrive. Seeing the Springs named the #1 most desirable place to live in the country by U.S. News & World Report is just official proof of what we have known all along.

Getting to help people build their lives and find their homes in a city we love so much is truly the best part of what we do 💕 taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @jessisue_
