As a farmer, quality workwear is essential to my endurance. Very grateful for this feature in @rollingstone representing such an iconic brand @timberland. First @britishvogue feature. Congratulations to @tigrilo.swim 👙, I am honored to be part of this amazing collection & I’m honored to call you my friend @carolineadamy😘💕. I remember when @carolineadamy and I took these photos last fall, in Peru. I was laughing at how ridiculous and awkward I felt modeling @tigrilo.swim. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we’d end up in British Vogue. What a huge accomplishment for @tigrilo.swim. Make sure to check out @tigrilo.swim and get yourself a beautifully crafted swimsuit. The latest collection helps protect the Amazon Rainforest; each purchase helps support the @hojanueva rescue, rehabilitation and release of wildcats back into their natural habitat. #tigrilo #tigriloswim #vogue #britishvogue #fashion #swimwear #sustainablefashion #sustainablymade #sustainableswimwear #amazonrainforest by @jessithefarmer

September 🍃✨🌸🍂🥕 by @jessithefarmer
My sweet River girl. My baby. My free spirit. My soul dog. My best friend. My protector. My shadow. My gentle soul. My farm dog. When River came into my life, it felt as though my prayers had been answered. Not long after I moved onto the farmland I had secured, a muddy-pawed German Shepherd appeared with no collar and no chip. Somehow, there was never a question in my mind that she belonged with me. I had always dreamed of having a German Shepherd beside me on the farm, and then she appeared and chose me. It was as if our souls had always been tied together by a string, and God had been gently pulling us toward one another all along. River lived the kind of life every dog deserves. She had acres of prairie to run through, a river to jump into after a long, hot day, and an entire farm to call her own. She was beside me for every harvest, every farm task, every early morning and late evening. She followed me everywhere. We shared little car rides, raced each other home from the fields, and ended our days covering her in kisses. Those ordinary moments are the ones I would give anything to have back. I prayed for River and over River countless times. I have no doubt that God heard every prayer and made sure she knew how deeply she was loved. She was happy. She was safe. She was free. And loving her came as naturally as breathing. The truth is, I needed her far more than she ever needed me. We only had three years together, but somehow, those years held a lifetime. My heart is shattered, but I know I gave her the best final chapter I possibly could. I would like to believe I gave her some of the very best days of her life. She certainly gave me some of mine. Not a day will pass when I don’t remember her in the fields she ran through, the river she loved, the passenger seat beside me, the foot of my bed, and all the places where my shadow once followed. Rest peacefully, my sweet River girl. Run free until I find you again. I will love you and miss you for the rest of my life. 🤍 by @jessithefarmer
August ✨ The cucumber harvest is seemingly endless, fall flowers are coming into bloom, community dinners have been filling my heart as much as my stomach, raspberries are coming into season, and life on the farm is full of good work and so much beauty. Thank you Jesus 🌻✨🫜 Dovetail workwear @dovetailworkwear discount code: JESSITHEFARMER #farmher #farmlife #notillfarm #smallscalefarming #countryliving by @jessithefarmer
