What I Eat in a Day: Healthy-ish Mom Edition ✨
I’m back with some more inspo & officially down 15lbs.

I always try to be mindful of what I’m eating and prioritize high-protein. I was at my lowest last year before my surgeries so my current goal is just to get back to that point. I’m definitely not perfect but consistency really does work chicas! 🫡

➡️Between making better choices, working out about 4x a week, and being more mindful of my alcohol intake, I’ve finally found a routine that feels realistic and sustainable for me.

Just a girl in her 30s doing her best, staying consistent, and figuring it out along the way. ✨
