“Wait…how do I style ME?”

I spent years working to master the art of dressing others, to know exactly what works for them.

But the moment I wasn’t in that role, I looked at my own closet + felt completely uncertain.

UNTIL, I realized it wasn’t about what I was wearing, but about WHO I am in this chapter of my life.

So it wasn’t just about changing my clothes, it was about changing my mindset. From dressing others to redefining myself.

My brain had to catch up to my new life.

So next time you’re frustrated about “failing” at something new, remember, it might be that it took a little longer for your brain to catch up with your body.

Perhaps it’s not hard, it’s just new.

And new takes time.

These days I’m swapping outfits for opportunities. Which I’m grateful for.
