Meet Heather.

A Yoga Alliance RYT-500 and certified pre/postnatal instructor, she’s been guiding families from preconception through postpartum and beyond for years. Her classes span Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal.

This past summer, she took it a step further. Heather led an in-person prenatal yoga teacher training, and she’s running it again this January. More trained teachers means more access to prenatal yoga for the families who need it.

Yoga carried her through two very different, very difficult births. It still carries her through parenting teenagers.

Moms deserve to feel good. Strong. Confident in their own bodies.

A therapist supporting aspiring, expectant, and new parents through 1:1, couples, and group work, Molly founded Life After Birth in 2017. Her own experience with postpartum depression and anxiety is what called her to this work.She’s still just as passionate today.

Sessions run virtually across California and in person in Los Angeles. Support circles are open to join from anywhere.

No forced smiles, no wardrobe meltdowns. Instead you’ll exhale with guided outfit planning, seasoned direction, and photos I’ll actually print for you. For real.

You’ll have options of the whole family together. Just the two of you. Siblings on their own while you catch a breath. However your crew shows up that day, it still fits inside the same twenty-five minutes. Then, you feel damn proud of yourself.

We made a plan to start slow and remember the daily routines we will one day miss. It’s a morning of soft direction and quiet noticing.

It’s the kind of comfort felt when you are being yourself versus a stiff smile and cheese.
