Start where you are. Start today.

3 kettlebell exercises that flow from standing → to the floor.

3 rounds:

1. Offset March — 30 sec/side
2. Around the World — 10 each direction
3. Plank Pull Through — 45 sec

Start light and increase the weight each round as you get comfortable with the movements.

Add it to the beginning of your workout for core stability, save it for a finisher, or let a few intentional rounds be the movement you had time for today.

It all counts.

Mobility that carries over to your training 🎯

1. Squat to Forward Fold
2. 90/90 + Stretch
3. Seated Single-Leg Hip Rotation to Kneel
4. Airplanes

Hips that move well give you more options to squat, hinge, rotate, and stabilize.

Use these in your warm-up, on a recovery day, or whenever your hips need a little extra attention.

Power. Stability. Rotation. Grip.
Build strength that carries over beyond the gym.

1. Kettlebell Around the World
2. Goblet Squat Curl
3. Kettlebell Swing
4. Reverse Lunge + Twist
5. Alternating Bent-Over Single-Arm Row

Save this for the next time you’re short on time or want a challenging finisher. 📌

Do each exercise for 45 sec with minimal rest in between. Complete 3–5 rounds as a full workout or 2–3 rounds to finish your strength session. by @jessresults

Before I load the squat, I slow it down.

Cable squats are one of my favorite ways to practice my brace and find control at the bottom before moving into Zercher squats.

A little intention in the warm-up goes a long way.

Save this for your next squat day.

Looking back, so much life happened between these two lifts. What stayed the same was showing up for myself again and again. by @jessresults

I like my leg days to build more than just aesthetics.

This workout combines unilateral strength, progressive overload, explosive movement, and conditioning. The goal: strength, speed, and control.

Circuit 1: Bulgarian split squat variations
A1. Weighted plyometric drill — 10 reps
A2. Barbell Bulgarian split squat — 8–10 reps, progressively increasing weight
A3. Lateral hop-overs — 30 seconds

Circuit 2
B1. Lateral sled pull + sprint back — 50 meters
B2. Wall balls — 20 reps

Circuit 3
C1. Reverse hypers — 10–12 reps
C2. Box jumps — 10 reps

Complete 3–4 rounds of each circuit, resting enough to keep every rep powerful. 🔥

Short on time and equipment? I got you.

This dumbbell-only leg circuit gives you plenty of variety while challenging your strength and stability.

THE WORKOUT:

1. Wall sit — 1 min
2. RDL — 12–15 reps
3. Squat pulses — 1 min
4. Standing single-leg hip abduction — 10–12 reps/leg
5. Heel-elevated single-leg glute bridge — 12–15 reps/leg
*Modify with your foot on the ground.

Repeat 3–4 rounds 🔥

And if you’re already comfortable loading up a barbell—put it down every once in a while. 👀 A pair of dumbbells will challenge your grip, stability, and unilateral strength in ways a barbell doesn’t.
