What my soul craves: salty air, soft waves, flowers in bloom, sunsets and a little space to just be. 🌊🌸

What does your soul crave lately?

I was hesitant to jump on this trend… but apparently even my resistance has a past life. 😂

So here we are: Past Life Regressionist Edition.

When your baggage spans multiple lifetimes, “we have history” means actual history, and some places feel less like a vacation and more like a return… well, things get kind of chic. ✨

After all, maybe we’re not always discovering new places, people, and parts of ourselves.

Maybe sometimes… we’re remembering them.

Have you ever met someone or visited a place that felt strangely familiar, even though you knew you’d never been there before?

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bruce Lipton, and as a hypnotherapist, so much of his work speaks my language.

At the heart of his teachings is something I see again and again in my own work: we can consciously want change, but if our subconscious programming is telling a different story, it can quietly keep running the show.

This is why I’m so passionate about hypnotherapy. When we work at the subconscious level, we have an opportunity to uncover and shift the beliefs, patterns, and programming that may be influencing our lives without us even realizing it.

When I met Bruce, I told him that I’m a spiritual hypnotherapist. He thanked me for the work I do and told me that this is the kind of work that can help create a real shift in humanity.

I believe that too. 💫

Because when we change what’s happening within us, we don’t just change our own lives. We change what we bring into our relationships, our families, our communities, and, little by little, the collective.

Sometimes the biggest changes in the world begin in the parts of the mind no one else can see.

What belief or pattern do you think your subconscious might still be holding onto that your conscious mind is ready to change?

When I don’t have my angel wings on, I wear my butterfly wings. 🦋😂

There’s such a sacred rhythm to it… how butterflies find each other, dance, drift apart, and return just like some of the souls that are special to us do. 🌸

In those moments, it’s as if the veil thins and I remember that transformation is not about striving, but softening… allowing the next version of you (and others) to simply unfold.

You don’t meet people by accident. There’s always a reason, a lesson, a blessing, or a return.

Last night I went to watch E.T. under the stars (yes, I counted… there were two visible stars), and honestly… I forgot how much heart is in that movie. 🛸✨

I can only hope that if true disclosure ever happens, it feels a little more like E.T. and a little less like fear. Kind. Loving. Maybe even a healing opportunity for humanity.

Huge thank you to filmmaker @dustinknoop for the invite and the beautiful picnic. Such a special way to spend the evening.

Also… I hadn’t watched E.T. in YEARS and somehow forgot about the scene where E.T. sneaks into the fridge, drinks all the beer, gets drunk, and starts wobbling around 😂 I was genuinely belly laughing. We all need more moments like that.

Funny how a movie about an extraterrestrial can still remind us so much about connection, compassion, and what it means to be human.

How long has it been since you’ve watched E.T.? What do you remember most from it? And… do you think extraterrestrials could one day be a healing opportunity for humanity? 👽💭

California has been home for eight years now, which is funny considering I’ve been mostly nomadic for much of my life. It’s actually the longest I’ve lived anywhere, and I still find myself in appreciation (most days 😂). 🌊☀️

Watching surfers has always reminded me of something. They don’t force the wave. They learn to work with it.

In many ways, that’s what I help people do.

I’m Jessica, a hypnotherapist and intuitive, and I help people connect the dots they feel but can’t explain.

And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me somewhere near the ocean, soaking up the beauty and remembering why I chose California in the first place.

For anyone new here, welcome. I’m glad our paths crossed. 🤍

I’d love to know, where are you following from?

✨Stepping into the roaring 20s for a night of glitz, jazz, and dancing shoes 🥂💃 Channeling the flapper spirit: freedom, fun, and a little rebellion.

If you could dress up and live in any era for a day, which one would you choose? ⏳✨

Sunsets remind me that just like the tides, we are always in motion… releasing, expanding, and becoming. Every wave carries a story, just like every lifetime does. 😉
