Master of Education 👨🏾‍🎓📖 It’s been a long way to get this degree, many sacrifices, effort, dedication, discipline but the most important thing was my mother’s support 🌹🙏🏾🫶🏾 She was always there for me, pushing me and giving me the strength to get this done 🙌🏾 Special thanks to my family, friends, and students who showed me some love today 🙏🏾 Never give up on your dreams and goals 💪🏾

Many thanks to the @orange_footballclub management for welcoming me back after being out for six months due to my knee injury. I provided an assist in today’s victory in our debut season. Let’s go boys ⚽️🍊👊🏾🏆

Honored and grateful to have participated in the “Month of Sports Science” event at Universidad Manuela Beltrán alongside outstanding researchers and professionals in the field.

I’m proud to share our research project:
“Effects of Polarized and Threshold Intensity Distribution Models on Running Performance and Body Composition in Recreational Runners Aged 20 to 45: A Randomized Controlled Trial.”

This experience represents not only an academic achievement, but also the result of teamwork, commitment, and passion for sports science. Special thanks to my research team and my advisor for their guidance, support, and dedication throughout this process.

Spaces like these inspire us to continue building knowledge that can positively impact training, performance, and health through evidence-based practice.

Thank you to Universidad Pedagógica Nacional and Universidad Manuela Beltrán for creating opportunities to share, learn, and grow as professionals and researchers.
