Running the Porto Marathon with @faaaaab was an incredible experience 🌞 lovely scenery and atmosphere, which really got me through the hellish final hour. Not sure how 5 min jogs round the local park led to running a marathon (and wearing a bum bag 😎) but I’m glad it did! Thank you Fab for the encouragement 🙏 taken in Porto, Portugal by @jethromfox

AC/DC at Wembley last night - a joyful experience I want to dedicate to the memory of my friend Tom Sizer-James, who introduced me to the band when we were teenagers. Many evenings of our youth were spent sharing a chuckle at the preposterous stage production of AC/DC’s live dvds and revelling in Angus Young’s incredible guitar playing. It wasn’t long before I got a black SG (still the only guitar I play today) and set about trying to impress everyone in school with the Back In Black riff (Tom played it better - luckily for me we went to different schools!) 20 years later, I’ve finally been lucky enough to see the band live and they did not disappoint. Silly amounts of fun. Thank you Tom ❤️ by @jethromfox
