Desperate to be slimmer….. #mensmentalhealth

Happy but hiding ! The eyes tell a story #menshealth

Fake smiles #mensmentalhealth

Feeling healthier and trying to make positive changes for me. #mensmentalhealthawareness

Thin, skinny… it means nothing unless you’re healthy. I’m learning that the hard way, and mentally it’s been tough.

Your story is only worth reading if you’re the one writing it. Some chapters are hard, and maybe volume II is shit…

But the big finish? I’m heading for that. I’ll let you know how it feels when I get there. #mensfashion #menshealth #menssupportgroup taken in London, United Kingdom by @jetsetinjector

Most people think I just serve “chicken or beef?” but the reality is very different.

Did you know I’m trained to deliver a baby at 32,000ft, respond to cardiac arrests, manage medical emergencies, support passengers through sudden loss, or simply be there to listen when somebody needs it most.

Every single year we revalidate through both theory and practical exams to ensure we are prepared for situations most people hope they never face.

And while doing all of that, I also run an award-winning clinic.

Life does not always require you to give up on your dreams when a new chapter begins. Sometimes it simply asks you to learn how those dreams fit into the life you are building.

You are allowed to evolve, pursue multiple passions, and create a future that looks different from what people expected of you. I get to do this with amazing people and have pride when I swap my scrubs for the Iconic “Vivienne Westwood” suit.

So for the past two days I’ve been on my annual recurring training and passed every exam. So from me ! Cheers 🥂 #flightattendants #cabincrew taken in United Kingdom by @jetsetinjector

People might think I'm crazy with my 4-hour commute, but honestly, it's my jam. I get to listen to music, write songs, and grow my own business. I'm so grateful and manifesting more! Plus I get to see the world and take @rossjamesonlaffey along for the ride as well! #selfemployed #selflove❤️ #thegays #manifestyourself #gratitude This is Lee travels 1st class on a LNER train to London taken in United Kingdom by @jetsetinjector

I would NEVER miss this… not even if I was mid-flight at 35,000ft, oxygen mask on, serving chicken or pasta and the plane was going down dramatically I’d still be like “sorry captain, I’ve got PRIORITIES… it’s Lindzi’s birthday.”

My beautiful superstar, Miss Lindzi Germain is turning 21 today… again… for what, the 12th year running?

Honestly iconic behaviour. We’re not counting, we’re just celebrating the consistency.

I am SO proud of you and I’ve watched you become Liverpool’s national treasure… and let’s be honest, you were famous before Cilla, tourists should be taking photos with you.

Have the BEST birthday, cause chaos, drink something strong, and remind everyone exactly who you are (as if they could forget).

I can’t wait to see you in a few weeks — brace yourself.

Love always,
Your Lee ✨ taken in Liverpool, United Kingdom by @jetsetinjector

Sometimes I stop and think about how lucky I really am.

In one part of my life, I stand in my clinic with people who trust me to help them feel confident again. Watching someone look in the mirror and smile because they finally see the best version of themselves… that feeling never gets old. My patients don’t just walk through the door they become part of my story, and honestly, they bring me so much joy.

Then in another part of my life, I step onto an aircraft and fly across the world, helping passengers start holidays, reunite with loved ones, celebrate milestones, or simply chase their dreams somewhere far away. Being part of those moments is something I’ll never take for granted.

But the very best part of all of it…
I get to share this crazy, beautiful ride with the most wonderful man by my side Ross Jameson-Laffey

From the clinic to 35,000 feet and everywhere in between thank you for being my constant, my support, and my home.

Sometimes life really does give you more than you ever dreamed of. ❤️ taken in South Africa by @jetsetinjector
