Our bride Emily owns @lovelybridechs lovelybrideclt and naturally had two dresses so we had to create an incredible backdrop to showcase not only their beautiful vows and intimate dinner but also this gown. I know this will remain a top 10 for JSW not only because of the obvious drama but because this was created in the brides parents home in a space they did not intend to use on property. It was reimagined and will transform the memories of her home forever. I like living in memories so it will live in mine too. Big hugs to your growing family. Always cheering you both on! Xo K

Hi there, I’m Kehrin, owner of JETSETWED and fierce lover of design and creating spaces that are beautiful and inspiring in order for life to unfold in an organic and effortless way within these spaces.
I have 2 babies @marrahassanteeters and @keshhassanteeters named after the location my husband and I were married, Marrakech, Morocco. You can see the highlight film of that day and our legacy in our story highlights.
My husband is Jason Alfonzo Teeters of @jetsetstate and he is changing the world. He is doing that by educating business leaders and organizations, currently the CDC, on how to proceed in an equatable way while supporting entrepreneurs in our community.
Fun facts: I barrel raced as a child. I’m part Egyptian. I’ve been to over 40 countries. I was one of many incredible artists working on Joe Jonas and Sophie’s wedding in France. I used to work for Trump doing corporate events all over the world before sueing him and starting my own business in 2012. My husband was named Alfonzo after The Fonz and I was named Kehrin after the Fonz’s only true love that appeared in one episode. I studied event marketing and philosophy of religion in college. I love love.

Cocktail hour should never feel like the part everyone is waiting to get through.

This is where the wedding starts to loosen its tie a little. 🍸

A custom oyster bar layered with photos from the couple’s life. A band that sounds exactly like the setting feels. Passed bites on trays we embellished because, yes, even the tray is part of the design. Palms, orchids, rattan, cold wine, very good outfits…and bowls of olives that doubled as centerpieces, snacks, and—in the groom’s hands—a pretty impressive party trick. 🫒

That’s the thing about a great cocktail hour: you shouldn’t be able to tell where the design ends and the party begins.

The food is decor.
The music is atmosphere.
The guests are part of the color palette.
And the little details give everyone something to discover, eat, drink, and talk about.

We don’t design cocktail hours to fill an hour.

We design them to make you wish it were longer.

Pretty is great. But can your wedding do a handstand?

Because a beautiful wedding is only half the assignment. We want the kind of party where the bride ends up behind the DJ booth, someone is doing the limbo, grown men are wearing captain hats, and your exit involves a Moke and approximately 10,000 bubbles.

For this spring wedding at The Couples Club, we designed the reception around one very important question: how do we make people want to stay on the dance floor?

We custom designed the oversized shell DJ backdrop for DJ Malike, brought to life by Plithos Event Rentals, and paired it with a dance floor wrapped by Coastal Event Decor using artwork created by the bride herself. Then came the things that turn a dance floor into that dance floor — props, costume changes, captain hats, ridiculous glasses, limbo sticks and a crowd very willing to commit to the bit.

And because the best parties leave room for the unexpected: it happened to be Malike’s birthday. So naturally, we snuck over a piece of cake and a candle, handed it to the bride, and stopped the party just long enough for the entire dance floor to sing to him. 🤍

Then he hopped behind the wheel of the Moke and drove our newlyweds straight through a tunnel of guests armed with bubble guns.

That’s the thing about a great party: you can design the room, but you have to design the energy too.

We know how to do both.

Consider this your permission slip to stop being afraid of color. 🌺🍊🌴

The trick isn’t picking one color and matching everything to it. It’s building a world where the colors, textures, flowers, fashion and setting all feel like they belong at the same party.

For Alexa + Nick, that meant tropical fruit tucked into the florals, punchy pinks and corals, unexpected hits of orange, wavy green linens, sculptural little arrangements and a ceremony that felt completely at home against the Florida water.

And then the guests showed up in COLOR too. 🤌

That’s when a wedding starts to feel less like a collection of pretty things and more like an actual point of view.

Save this if you’re building a colorful wedding palette. Send it to the person trying to convince you to “tone it down.” 😂

There’s a very specific kind of magic that happens when you realize the people are the vibe.

This wedding didn’t need to be over-designed. The couple, their friends, the fashion, the personalities, the whole damn guest list already had so much swag.

So instead of competing with it, we designed for it.

The florals got a little weird. A little wild. Tropical, unexpected, colorful and perfectly imperfect. Everything else pulled back and gave the people room to take over.

Because good design isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s knowing exactly where the magic already is and turning the volume up on that.

And these people? They were the whole damn mood.

When the venue is already this good, you don’t decorate it. You respond to it.

We let the palms, old Florida architecture and layers of tropical green lead the way, then brought in moody florals, collected vessels and just enough color to make it feel like it had always belonged there.

Nothing fighting for attention. Nothing dropped into the space just because it’s a wedding.

Just a really beautiful collision of people, place + point of view.

A little pattern, a lot of color, and absolutely no interest in playing it safe. 🌺

This one felt like vacation in wedding form. Woven textures, punchy pinks, citrus tones, tropical greens and a dance floor that deserved its own moment.

Some of the most emotional weddings we’ve ever witnessed happened inside four walls and under one cross.

The tears before the aisle.
The laughter during the vows.
The sprint back down the aisle as husband and wife.
