Nobody talks about this part of midlife.

The part where you’ve done everything “right.”

Built the career.

Worked hard.

Been responsible.

Turned up when you didn’t feel like it.

Paid the bills.

Kept going.

From the outside, everything looks fine.

But deep down, something feels different.

Not because you’re unhappy.

Not because you’re ungrateful.

But because you’ve grown.

And what felt exciting 20 years ago doesn’t necessarily feel exciting now.

I speak to people every day who have successful careers, yet quietly wonder:

“Is this really it?”

Not because they want less responsibility.

Not because they’re looking for a quick fix.

But because they know they’re capable of more.

More freedom.

More purpose.

More options.

If you’ve been feeling that pull lately, you’re not alone.

Maybe you’re not stuck.

Maybe you’ve simply outgrown the life you built.

I see you I hear you I value.

I’M A GROWN WOMAN. NOT A BORING ONE.

Who said getting older means you have to start acting sensible?

Life’s too short to be serious all the time.

I can be professional, ambitious and focused on my goals…

And still be an absolute clown when the mood takes me!

Never lose the part of you that knows how to have fun. 🖤
I see you. I hear you. I value you.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

53-YEAR-OLD BLACK WOMAN UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Her crime?

Refusing to believe her best years are behind her.

Apparently, women over 45 are supposed to slow down, lower their expectations and be grateful for what they’ve got.

WHO MADE THAT RULE?

Society of course
I’m 53. Not okay what married. No children.

I’m also a professional model, an HR professional and an online travel business owner.

And I’m not finished.

I refuse to believe that getting older means having fewer choices, less ambition or smaller dreams.

I’m creating opportunities for myself and helping other people explore what’s possible beyond the traditional 9–5.

Because midlife isn’t the beginning of the end.

IT’S THE BEGINNING OF NOT GIVING A DAMN ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE’S EXPECTATIONS.

So here’s my question.

ARE YOU LIVING THE LIFE YOU WANT, OR THE LIFE YOU’VE BEEN CONDITIONED TO ACCEPT?

Welcome to The Midlife More Movement.

No children. No limits. No apologies.

I see you. I hear you. I value you.

YOU’LL WORK 40 YEARS FOR SOMEONE ELSE, BUT WON’T GIVE YOURSELF 12 MONTHS?

Interesting, isn’t it?

We’ll dedicate decades to building someone else’s dream, but question investing time in our own.

I’m in my 50s. I love travel, dressing up, new experiences and enjoying life.

But I also want OPTIONS.

That’s why I run an online travel business alongside everything else I do.

Not a quick fix. Not guaranteed income. It takes work.

But here’s my question…

Are you building your own future or just helping someone else build theirs?

THEY SEE THE STAR.
THEY DON’T SEE THE WORK.

Everybody loves the recognition.

But not everybody sees the decisions, the discipline and the moments when giving up would have been easier.

This star represents a chapter of my journey in the online travel business.

And I’m nowhere near finished.

I’m still learning, growing and challenging what’s possible.

Because ambition doesn’t come with an expiry date.

Are you still chasing your dreams, or have you settled?

I see you. I hear you. I value you.

NO HUSBAND. NO CHILDREN. NO APOLOGIES.

Apparently, a woman isn’t complete unless she’s somebody’s wife or mother.

WHO MADE THAT RULE?

Society did.

MARRIAGE ISN’T A QUALIFICATION.
MOTHERHOOD ISN’T A MEASURE OF SUCCESS.

My life doesn’t need validating.

Agree or disagree?

I see you. I hear you. I value you.

I’M NOT BUILDING A TEAM OF SPECTATORS.

I’m done playing small to make others comfortable.

I’m looking to partner with ambitious women over 45 who’ve spent years building careers, supporting others and putting their own dreams last.

I help women explore entrepreneurship and build an additional income stream through an online travel business, with training, mentorship and support.

But here’s my non-negotiable.

I WILL NOT BE MORE COMMITTED TO YOUR FUTURE THAN YOU ARE.

I’m looking to partner with ambitious coachable women who are ready to take action.

Not spectators. Action takers.

DM me BUILD.

I see you. I hear you. I value you.

HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT OWNING YOUR OWN ONLINE TRAVEL BUSINESS?

What if your next chapter gave you more choices, flexibility and the opportunity to build something of your own?

I’m passionate about helping ambitious, coachable people explore what’s possible through travel.

I’m not looking to convince everyone. I’m looking to help those who are hungry for more and willing to put in the work.

No travel experience needed. Just the right mindset and willingness to learn.

The question is, are you ready to explore something different? Most importantly something with little RISK.

DM me TRAVEL and let’s talk.

I see you. I hear you. I value you.

YOU SAY YOU WANT MORE OUT OF LIFE… BUT YOU KEEP TURNING DOWN THE ROOMS THAT COULD CHANGE IT.

You want more freedom.
More choices.
More opportunities.

But when an opportunity to explore something different comes along, there’s always a reason not to show up.

Here’s the thing.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

This Saturday, 17 October, myself and @candysummers_inspires hosting an intimate brunch for people who are open to new conversations, new connections and new possibilities.

I’m not here to convince anyone.

I’m here to connect with people who are hungry, willing and ready to explore what more could look like.

Saturday 17 October | 2–4pm

Interested in joining us?

DM me BRUNCH and let’s have a conversation first.

MIDLIFE ISN’T A WARNING LABEL. STOP TREATING IT LIKE ONE.

Who decided that reaching midlife meant we should start slowing down, playing small or lowering our expectations?

Not me.

I’m a midlife woman who still has ambitions, dreams and plenty more to give.

And I’m not asking anyone’s permission to pursue them.

But this is bigger than me.

My mission is to help women who feel unseen, unheard or undervalued recognise that their voices matter, their dreams matter and they deserve choices.

Through my work in HR and my online travel business, I’m building my next chapter while helping other women explore opportunities to build theirs.

I’m not claiming to have everything figured out. I’m learning, growing and taking action.

And I want to connect with women who are willing to do the same.

Because midlife isn’t a deadline.

It’s another opportunity to decide what happens next.

I SEE YOU. I HEAR YOU. I VALUE YOU.

This is MIDLIFE MORE.

Tell me something: what’s ONE thing you’re refusing to give up on in this chapter of your life?
