Before every match, we go through the same ritual.

I ask the same four questions: Who’s the champion? Who’s the strongest? Who’s the fastest? Who has the biggest heart?

The answers never change.

Then I remind them of something I hope they carry long after jiu-jitsu is over:

No one can beat someone who truly believes in themselves.

There will always be someone bigger, stronger, faster, or more experienced, but confidence is a choice that no opponent can take away.

Finally, I leave them with one last thought:

Dictate The Pace .

Not just in competition, but in life.

Don’t let circumstances decide who you become. Don’t spend your life reacting to fear, pressure, or other people’s expectations.
Step forward with purpose, trust yourself, and make the world adjust to you. Because the goal was never just to raise great competitors. It was to raise young men who know who they are before the world has a chance to tell them.
Young men who lead with conviction, stay on the offensive when life gets difficult, and trust the work they’ve put in.

In the end, the greatest advantage they’ll ever have won’t be talent, strength, or speed.

It will be the confidence to become exactly who they were created to be.

FAMILY BUSINESS

Beyond proud of everyone!

Adam absolutely killed it and displayed some of his best jiu jitsu against tough opponents. Avenging himself from his struggles in AZ.

Jett said he wanted to take a break from competing but last second he wanted to join us and picked up right where he left off

I lost to a purple belt in the finals 7-7 last score but more importantly showed my kids it’s OKAY to lose. Sometimes you need to lose 100 times to have that one monumental win that changes your whole life. Not just in jiu jitsu, but everywhere throughout life.

The biggest shoutout to my wife and Ryder who stood around for 10 hours today cheering us on!

What a week! What an experience. I love my family.

THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!!

@touj_jitsu is a great coach and friend. He was right there supporting Jett for every match. Then went and immediately stood on business to show how it’s done.

Jiu Jitsu is cool, but friends are cooler.

This is Manifestation of Accountability

We’re not manifesting wins.
We’re not manifesting medals.

We’re manifesting growth.

The discipline to keep showing up.
The courage to face hard things.
The strength to become the best version of ourselves possible.

This is bigger than competition.
This is about maximizing our potential, deepening our connection, and refusing to waste what we’ve been given.

Better than yesterday.
Closer than before.
More committed than ever.

Who else is committed to becoming who they were meant to be?
