We made our way to @planta a few months ago for some vegan bites. We got the “beef” and broccoli, a volcano roll, bang bang broccoli, a firecracker roll, Singapore noodles and some great drinks. Everything was so yummy and packed with flavor. And we’d love to go back! #food #dc #dceats #foodie #veganfood @evanayers543 @jessogele @riyaa.patelll @exposuresbyalice @ayersheel by @jevan.eats

We went to @carbonara_va a few weeks ago! Jess got the Bucatini Carbonara Table Side and Evan got the Chicken Parmigiana Alla Vodka! It was so cool to see them bring everything out and make the carbonara right by the table! This was Jess’ second time at carbonara but we will both definitely be back! #foodie #food #dceats #italian by @jevan.eats
you have to be a little scared of your parmesan dumpling when you turn 23.. by @jevan.eats
made scallops !!! and we plated them beautifully i think for two home cooks 👩🏾‍🍳🧑🏼‍🍳 the first one used a soy sauce glaze and is sitting in siracha + used light seasoning and lemon juice the second set - we made a parsley chive garlic butter to sit on top and boursin mashed potatoes — (I made this for Thanksgiving / Friendsgiving as well) - #foodie #recipeshare #scallopseason by @jevan.eats
Been awhile since we posted a meal prep or just something that we made! 🍗🌽 also just saw the Michael Jackson movie.. lots of good stuff this weekend 😇 Peruvian Chicken with Aji Verde Sauce and charred corn. our best DC meal prep yet just off of first taste. we will have to see if it holds up after a couple days !! ALSOOOO, people sometimes tell us in person that our meal preps are elaborate. this one was quite easy and fun to make :) and a lot of the ingredients leftover could be used for a second meal prep (extra cilantro, mint, chicken, green onions etc.) by @jevan.eats
late post: This was our first time eating dinner @yellowthecafe in Georgetown! We got the soujek (not) pizza, little gem and desert was the cold brew coffee soft serve. We loved everything we got especially since we got sat quickly after the I made the reservation for the next day ! by @jevan.eats
We’re catching up on posts so we’ve been back since and everything was just as good but this was our first time at Chang Chang. We got the veggie lo mein, Dan Dan noodles, egg rolls, Peking duck buns and the hot and sour soup (not pictured). The portion sizes were awesome and we left stuffed and happy! @jessogele @evanayers543 #food #foodie #dceats by @jevan.eats
5 course restaurant week at @moonrabbitdc. We started with a crab tartlet, pork crackling and corn hush puppies. Next was an amazing seared tuna then pork belly and a bbq shrimp noodle dish with a yummy Cajun flavor. Main courses were king salmon and black pepper beef Everything was so yummy and the portions were great. And desert was a Saigon cinnamon spiced cake. We definitely want to go back, one of our favorite restaurant week restaurants we’ve been to! We loved the Pokémon card to pick up our leftovers too! @evanayers543 @jessogele #food #foodies #restaurant #eat #dc by @jevan.eats
We made our way back to @karravaan with @masonharkleroad for dc winter restaurant week! Great food, and company. First course was smokey eggplant dip, chicken shawarma and nihari. Main course was pappe’s famous butter chicken, mushroom biriyani and swordfish. We finished with mango chai cheesecake and yuzu key like tart for desert! #food #foodie #dceats #restaurantweek by @jevan.eats
