After years of set backs and injuries I’m so honoured to finally make my MMA debut on @hammafightseries for @integratedmmahq and come away with the first round submission win. Even better than getting my hand raised was seeing my team mates @oskarmolan and @heath_sukker both come away with huge wins. Fight camps are brutal and unforgiving but doing it alongside you lads and the rest of the @integratedmmahq team made it that bit easier. Thank you to my coach @adrian_pang for your time, wisdom and dedication over these six weeks and for putting your faith in me despite being a new member of the gym. Thank you to my opponent who was tough and came ready to fight from the opening bell but was incredible respectful outside the cage, a sign of a true martial artist. Thank you to my beautiful girlfriend @tam_ngyn who supports me through everything I do and the many friends who came down to cheer me on. Finally thank you to my family and friends from @behanjiujitsu, @milduramartialarts , @dwyersboxingclub @laddsboxingclub and @boxingbrothersadelaide who have all imparted wisdom on me throughout my almost a decade in martial arts this win belongs to you all. by @jevans710

Incredibly honoured to have received my blue belt last night after a brutal hour of rolling. Congratulations to everyone who graded and thank you to the team @milduramartialarts for all the lessons and support over my time in Mildura OOS. by @jevans710
