One day when I was cleaning out hard drives, I stumbled upon footage of a short film from 10 years ago. Maybe it hit too close to home when we made it so it was abandoned. Some time later I think it’s a hilarious documentary of my friend @elanlafontaine’s relationship with my mom @jewelryassembly.

#KindOfFace premieres in the west at the @indiewoodfilmfestival on Sept. 12 and then in the east at @yofifest on November 14th.

The first treasure bins from our very generous friends at @jewelryassembly have officially landed at the Art Supply Exchange and I am LOSING MY TINY FROG MIND. 🐸✨

Beads. Charms. Cord. Findings. Tiny sparkly possibilities everywhere.

I started unpacking the first wave today, despite breaking my shoulder yesterday while on patrol at the Alternative Gallery. Occupational hazard, apparently. But the show must go on. 💪🐸

These supplies will be making their way into the thrift shop soon so artists, makers, and curious humans can give them a second creative life. Huge thank you to Jewelry Assembly in Somers, NY for helping keep the creative ecosystem flowing. 💙

Also… I think I need to make a few tiny Hen trinkets to trade @manayunktrinkettrade (what should I make??) when I visit the @manayunkdotcom to support my artist friend @tschultzart at the Manayunk Arts Festival at the end of the month. 👀

I’ll keep sorting as frogily as possible.
