The only way I could try and gain an advantage against a 6.4 & 4.6 @playtomic rating with nearly 2,000 games between them, was by talking 🤬 and having @jfa_padel by my side 😂

Volume up for this one 🔊

Great points and plenty of banter 😂

Watch until the end ‼️

Coach @jfa_padel getting me and @ebouadams to put in that work 🎾🔥

This time working on transitioning from volleys to overheads, while starting to bring more of the tactical side of padel into our game. 🗒️

The work continues 💪

PART 4 - VOLLEYS 🎾🔥

The final episode with @jfa_padel comes to an end with me finishing off with some volleys.

I feel like I’m improving massively under Coach Jose but he’s still got his work cut out! 😂 A long way to go but I’m loving it 💚

PART 2 — GLASS WORK 🎾🔥

Back on court with @jfa_padel and this time we’re focusing on glass work.

It’s honestly so hard to fit into a short clip just how much detail Jose goes into positioning, timing, technique and understanding what to do once the ball comes off the glass. 👨🏼‍🏫

Fully kitted out in @peopleofpares super comfy and amazing quality 👕
