If you’re ever in Nashville make sure and swing by @888nashville for a top tier dining experience. The 14 course Miyabi menu was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Add to the fact that it’s also a hi-fi listening bar with a JBL Voice of the Theatre sound system and you have something special especially for this part of the country. Do yourself a favor and go check it out! #foodie #latergram #japanesefood #hifilisteningbar #nashville taken in 888 by @jflowersadventures

Remembering the adventure that Spartan Trifecta no.3 was for me in Greece. This weekend we’re gonna do it all again as we hit the badlands of Indiana for Trifecta no.5! #getoutside #spartanrace #trifecta #ocr #adventuretime taken in Sparta, Greece by @jflowersadventures

Day 3 of the Spartan Trifecta World Championships was something else. 21k (ended up being almost 18 miles) with 30 obstacles running through the countryside of Sparta. Running alone allowed me to meet some amazing folks along the way. Definitely was a test of mental and physical endurance as there was no drinking water for over half the race. The local kids came through and dumped all the drinking water out the night before. In the end we survived and have a story of a lifetime. 3 races in 3 days, 5 medals, and a mindful of memories I’ll never forget. #getoutside #spartanrace #greece #ocr #youcandoanythingyouputyourmindto taken in Sparta, Greece by @jflowersadventures

Jackson Hole…… wow. First day we got a 4ft dump of snow. arrived at the peak to 10ft visibility and 60+mph winds. Was it the sketchiest thing I’ve done? Yes, at least so far 😉 we survived though and continued through for 3 days of one of the craziest mountains I’ve been on. Just another adventure of a lifetime. Also I finally got to see a moose! Breckinridge/Keystone was a vibe! No powder days this trip but still had an absolute blast (at least on the mountain 🤣). Picked up a new board adding a @burton GrilMaster to the collection. Amazing board!! Definitely will be back at some point to cover the rest of the territory we missed. #latergram #snowboarding #getoutside #whosjerry #livingbestlife taken in Summit County by @jflowersadventures

Day 2 of the Spartan Trifecta World Championship ‘22. Longer run that day moving up to 10k and adding more obstacles. Running through more olive tree groves was a surreal feeling. Met some amazing people along route that would help to make my next day even better. Barbed wire crawl was brutal with the low water and sharp rocks. But we still did the damn thing! #latergram #spartan #ocr #getoutside #seetheworld taken in Sparta, Greece by @jflowersadventures

Creates Butte was something special. Tucked away in the southwest corner of Colorado, it has some of the most technical terrain I’ve been on to date. First time doing a double black EX was exactly as advertised, extreme! The best part was being able to share the adventure with two of my favorite people! #latergram #snowboarding #getoutside #crestedbutte #brothers taken in Crested Butte, Colorado by @jflowersadventures

Park City Jan ‘23. First adventure on the west coast. Massive resort with over 300+ runs. Plenty of fresh powder to be found most of the trip. First time going down double black diamonds was a crazy adventure. Little did I realize this was only just the beginning of much more to come. #latergram #snowboarding #getoutside #burton #parkcity taken in Park City, Utah by @jflowersadventures
