I used to joke that if you ever saw me running, you should probably start running too… because something must be seriously wrong! 😂🏃🏻‍♂️

Fast forward one year, and here I am, celebrating my third 5K race, this time at Disney! 🏅✨

When I first started, I couldn’t even run one kilometer without stopping or slowing down. But this time, I ran the entire 5K without stopping or walking!

It might be just 5 kilometers to some, but to me, it represents consistency, growth, and realizing I’m capable of more than I ever imagined.

What makes me happiest isn’t just crossing the finish line. It’s how much I’ve changed along the way. Running has become my time to clear my mind, feel free, and find joy in something I once thought wasn’t for me.

A year ago, I couldn’t imagine myself running for fun. Today, I can’t imagine not having running in my life. ❤️

I’m proud of the person who struggled through that first kilometer because he didn’t give up. And I’m excited to see how far he’ll go.

Here’s to more miles, more finish lines, and discovering what else I’m capable of! 🏃🏻‍♂️✨

Trusting the process. One day at a time. #dontquit #doit by @jfmg86

Sometimes we spend our lives believing love is a game where someone else holds the rules.

Then one day, you discover something far more important: the greatest game you’ll ever play is learning to choose yourself.

When you stop chasing validation, competing for affection, or waiting for someone else to complete what has always existed within you, everything changes.

Because loving yourself isn’t the prize at the end of the journey.
It’s where the journey begins.

And somehow, once you learn to play that game, there are no winners or losers, only a version of yourself that lives with more freedom, more peace, and more authenticity.

✨ The greatest love story of your life begins the day you fall in love with the person who has been with you all along: yourself. by @jfmg86

Whenever I feel like nothing is changing, ! look back. That’s when I realize just how far l’ve come.
A year ago, after fainting because of my weight and the inflammation my body was carrying, I made the decision to take my health seriously. It wasn’t about chasing a number on the scale-it was about choosing a better life.
I’m not at the finish line yet. There’s still work to do, habits to strengthen, and goals to reach. But looking back reminds me that progress isn’t always obvious when you’re living it every day.
Sometimes the best motivation isn’t looking ahead it’s seeing the person you refused to stay.

I love you forever, Santi. ✨💙
