An absolute pleasure to finally have Mason in front of the lens 🔥

The level of talent in the generations to come is nothing short of insane! Having places such as Whistler are vital to nurturing this passion and giving the next generation the terrain, platform and community to push the sport to unbelievable heights 🤯

A few full spreads from finals last weekend, too many shots to choose from when you have riders like these, a crowd like that and a venue like Whistler 💯

Absolute scenes here to close out the worldcup here in Whistler 🔥

Such an unreal experience shooting this event, lots of learning, battling weather and sleep! I’m coming out of the end of this weekend with a renewed passion for this sport and all the phenomenal people that make it what it is 🤟

Many thanks to everyone who made it what it was, it’s reaffirmed who my people are and what I love to do 🔥

Until next time

I’ve got a love hate relationship with B&W, often times I find myself using it as a tool to simplify an image, removing colors that could be distracting and highlighting and emphasising a subject. However at same time, it can be a crutch for a poorly balanced shot. I always ask myself before editing in black and white, why does this need be B&W is less color helping tell the story of the photo, here’s a few of my favourites from the last year or so 🖤🤍

Always a privilege to be invited somewhere to shoot! Big thanks to @trail_dayle for having me out, the time and effort the community put into this place is incredible. Looking forward to exploring some photo ideas here when the snow melts… 🤌🤘
