Chef @jfrillman has been coming to NORIKO as a guest for a while now, so getting him behind the counter for our Guest Chef Series felt like the natural next step.

His Edmund Fitzgerald — named after the most famous shipwreck in the Great Lakes — brings @daisieschicago iconic potato chips into a handroll and somehow it makes complete sense.
