Most won’t know the work you put in. Most won’t understand the sacrifices you’ve made — the countless times you said no, the times you had to get up, push yourself, and do it all over again. Some might think it’s not that big of a deal. Others might think they get it, but they really don’t.

When you look back, remember: every rep, every workout, the pain, the struggles, the highs and lows — they were all worth it. They think they know your journey, but only you truly do. Keep pushing. Keep fighting. Keep proving them wrong. You know what’s inside you — never let anyone else define what you can or cannot achieve. Just go out and show them. It’s in you!
