“Building Trust Without Lowering the Standard”

Two-time state championship volleyball coach @jgragert joins the Max Out Mindset Podcast to share the leadership, communication, and mindset principles behind her sustained success. During 20 years of high school coaching, Jenny has led her teams to 14 state tournament appearances while building programs known for their trust, high standards, and consistent winning.

There’s something really special about this season of life. Watching your kids grow into some pretty cool adults is one thing, but getting to vacation with them, laugh with each other, and genuinely enjoy being together is a precious gift.

My nephew, Sam, plays for Alabama, and we’re incredibly excited that he and his team have made it to Omaha. This is a special opportunity for our family, and we’d love to all be there to support him and experience CWS Opening Day Saturday for the 2:00 game.

First year stepping into club volleyball, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience @premier_vb

Helping with this 18s team was something special. It was full of so much success- ending 5th in open at Nationals! This group is made up of incredibly talented athletes and even better young women. They showed up every day with heart, resilience, love, joy and a constant competitive drive.

Grateful for the families and parents who supported them (& me) every step of the way- it truly makes a difference. And a big thank you to the amazing coaches I had the opportunity to work alongside this season. I learned from @sarah.hughbanks and @coachgoldvb, and I’m better because of it.

Maui is simply magical! Waves crashing, beautiful sunsets, and slow moments shared with Brian- I am so grateful. Our holidays this year were full of love, laughter, and so much family time. My heart is grateful. There was joy, genuine moments, and fun memories.

Woven through all of that was the constant ache of missing my mom. After all, Christmas is built by moms. They ARE the magic, the traditions, and the love that makes it feel like Christmas.

Just over a year without her still feels unreal. I missed her in so many moments, the traditions she created, and in the way she made everyone feel loved and at home.

Having joy and grief at the same time is so strange and heavy, but it’s also honest. This Christmas reminded me that love doesn’t leave. It just shows up differently. by @jgragert
