✨ THE FACE. THE PRESENCE. THE STATEMENT. ✨ This day was so heavy let me explain the surface…. Behind this image was a woman carrying more than anyone could see. During this photoshoot, I was distraught. My anxiety was high, and I felt like I was on the verge of breaking down. I was so lost in my emotions that I forgot how to pose, I wanted to cancel mid photoshoot and breakdown crying. I’m a very optimistic person so I took a moment and yet still felt hopeful about what was ahead, still anxious about my next move and what will become. Deep down, I knew change was coming—lots of it. I was breaking away from what no longer served me and moving toward a better place, one where my peace of mind mattered. My heart was worn, torn, and my emotional state was fragile, but I still showed up. I still created. I still allowed myself to be seen.🖤📸 This image represents more than beauty.
