Throwing it back to when I started JH Consulting. My grandson (who is now turning 14) stopped by to cheer me on. Old banner and old logo. Not knowing if this type of business would take off. Grateful for all this dream has brought forward. In fact we had our largest month ever in July. It’s because of all of you who trust in us to bring you the truth about the college recruiting process. We love what we do and I hope it shows. To my advisors, I thank you. To the parents and athletes, I appreciate you and to all the people who refer clients to us, I could have never imagined this kind of growth. I also love the Oregon State logo on the chair because that’s where it all began. Being a recruit to @beavergym to college coaching to business owner. 1% better . Keep dreaming and reaching for your goals. @jhicksconsulting #gymnast #athlete #collegeathlete #recruitingprocess #dream by @jhicksconsulting

TO GET RECRUITED, YOU’LL NEED MORE THAN A PROFILE… A profile can put your information in front of a coach. But it can’t recruit for you. You still need to: → Know where you fit → Target the right schools → Email coaches → Post your progress → Build relationships → Adjust when recruiting changes → Stay proactive when coaches are quiet A profile is a TOOL. You still need a PLAN. Get educated. Get a strategy. Get recruited. JH Consulting | From Club to College @jhicksconsulting #ncaa #gymnastics #gymnast #collegerecruit by @jhicksconsulting
