Hiii! Finally putting a face to the content, since I’m usually the one behind the scenes hehe! I’ve always loved creating, so getting to do this and help others with their socials feels very FULL circle for me. Our DMs are always open if you ever need a hand with your socials 💌 by @jhmbusinesssupport
Little love notes from the girls I get to work with every day! I don’t take this for granted for a second… feeling so lucky to be surrounded by such kind, supportive humans who constantly fill my cup and are the reason I do what I do 💌 by @jhmbusinesssupport
The Beauty Industry Activation Night 🪽 Such an incredibly inspiring evening, brought together by Brooke. I’m so grateful I got to witness what she created and experience the beautiful energy in the room, surrounded by so many incredible women and their stories. Running a business with ADHD is something I’ve had to learn to navigate while growing JHM. I try to see it in a more positive light now, because it actually gives me more advantages than I give it credit for 🤌🏼🤍 by @jhmbusinesssupport
Behind a “busy” business, things usually look very different to what people assume. What you see is the booked-out calendar, the fast replies, the content going up consistently, and the sense that everything is always running smoothly. What you don’t see is everything holding that together – the planning, the admin, the context switching between a hundred small tasks, and the behind-the-scenes work that doesn’t really stop. A lot of the time, “busy” isn’t just being booked… It’s managing a lot of invisible moving parts at once. And the goal isn’t to look overwhelmed or chaotic – it’s usually to make everything feel seamless for the client and the business. So if your behind-the-scenes feels full or messy compared to what you see online, it doesn’t mean you’re behind. It just means you’re seeing reality… not a highlight reel. by @jhmbusinesssupport
Running a business can get messy when small habits quietly build up over time. This is just a gentle reminder that it doesn’t have to feel so complicated. A few small shifts in how you approach things can make a big difference to your day-to-day flow. Pick one thing, tweak it, and go from there 🤎 by @jhmbusinesssupport
Not every client needs the same support. This is how I decide what actually makes sense for your business, so you’re not wasting time or money on the wrong things 🤍 by @jhmbusinesssupport
Everyone thinks it’s the algorithm… But most of the time, you are just not clear enough. If people have to think too hard about what you do, who it’s for, or why they’d choose you – they won’t. Not because they’re not interested, but because they don’t get it (yet). by @jhmbusinesssupport
Pregnancy has shifted the way I run my business in a really grounding way 🤍 It’s made me slow down, re-evaluate my capacity, and get really intentional with how I show up – for both my clients and myself. So grateful for this season and everything it’s teaching me. by @jhmbusinesssupport
EOFY is coming up, and this is your reminder to get your finances in order now – not the week before July 1st when everything suddenly feels urgent. Doesn’t matter what system you use (Xero, spreadsheets, notes app, whatever you’ve got going on), as long as you follow these main points, you’ll be fine 🤌🏼✨ by @jhmbusinesssupport
I’m officially going on mat leave until the 6th of July 🤍 I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your love, support and understanding during this exciting new chapter. I’m so grateful for my beautiful community and couldn’t have done this season of business & life without you all. So excited to share more updates with you all… she will be here very soon 🥹 Love, Jessie x by @jhmbusinesssupport
