Meet VOW for Girls Congress speaker Johnny Hozey Jr. (@jhoze4), founder and CEO of @becollective.live 🤍

Johnny doesn’t just know and appreciate music, he is a musician from a musical family. His late father, Johnny Hozey Sr., and his father, Todd Read, were both professional world-class performers. His mother kept him side stage from an early age at the festivals and club promotions she produced, so he grew up on both sides of the music industry: creation and production. Today BE Collective brings together gifted artists and musicians to create moments of joy and awe for weddings, corporate events and special occasions.

On November 9 at 11:30 AM ET, Johnny moderates the panel “Weddings as Immersive Experience: Creative Direction, Set Design & Florals”. He’ll be joined by @revelryeventdesign, @ashandoakfloral, @studiomondine, @laurynprattes and @unicqevents.

Expect a conversation about turning a wedding into a world guests can step inside, from creative direction to set design and florals.

BE Togtherness

Voices singing, moving. Each with a different sound, a different story. Coming together in harmony. This is music and it’s magic.

In an industry where we constantly blend, and match, we went for more of an individual preference on outfitting as this was a night of showcasing their individual voice. But this pulled it together.

One of our favorites for dinner. One that captivates a room to where you can hear a pin drop.

Such a powerful statement. It's human. It's hope, life, love. Inspiration. It's why we gravitate to this song so much. Impactful. We identify with this. Emotion is such a driver in our show. We are not merely a "showband," we are an energy shifter in a concert format.

Imagine this, another invitation. Another "networking event." Another week away from your family. Another long plane ride followed by a week of educations, presentations, and demonstrations about how AI will replace you if you don't step up your game. Every interaction the same as the last. Where you from, what do you do, how long have you been doing it... rarely connection.

Then it happens. That one night when you step into a room expecting another basic "cocktail" experience of drinks and forced conversation. But this time it's different. There is energy as soon as you step in. As the night builds, the people who were once strangers become one. Connections are made organically. Music does this. Incredible music assures this. It's an investment that pulls teams together with memories they can connect on for years. A night where dream became reality.
