“The beginning is always today.” — Mary Shelley
.
Hello world. This is my son’s egg for a developmental psychology unit at school. When he asked me to draw on it, I forgot for a few minutes that this part of me has felt paused. I guess I’ve been dreaming inward to understand why, and being present elsewhere — helpful things. But then, suddenly, there was this egg… and this delight. I think I’m ready to play again. I’m sure I’ll talk about some of this during livestream — always more daydreaming to do.
.
Thanks for understanding as I ease back into drawing habits and go through the posts, comments, DMs I’ve missed. I’ve missed my friends here and didn’t know I’d be paused so long.
