What a privilege it is to share something you love to those you love. One ran his first double-race, one ran his first race since 2023, and one ran his first race ever. 💯

No medal Monday for me this week, but this has to be one of more memorable races so far. I don’t even feel like I DNF’ed. 😤

Free dinner from kuya sa next race. Llao llao na muna tayo for now. 🤣

Had a lot of mixed feelings about this race. Didn't even want to post the pics at first, but these are just too good. 🔥

This was probably the best race I've had in terms of fun and performance. It's also the saltiest race I've ever had. Although, more importantly, this was also the race where I learned the most about myself as a racer. I learned that there are things during the race I can't control, and these things are going to fuck me over BIG TIME. However, I also learned that if I focus on the things I can, then I can already race alongside those at the top, even for just a little bit. I did not get the result I wanted nor the result I deserved, but that's only made me more driven than ever. We got 7 more races for the year, so I got 7 more races to show what I'm made of.

I'm not racing to prove anyone wrong. I'm here to prove I was always right.

7-11 Chicken breasts have been some of my go-to snacks whenever I’m abroad, so I’m very excited to see it hit the shelves here in Metro Manila!

Thanks @betagroph for bringing this here. The Herbs flavored one is my personal favorite with the black pepper at a close second! Give em a try at your nearest 7-11. Throw it in a cheese sandwich and you’re golden!

Finally joined my first power lifting meet, and finally got to stand on the podium again after 10 years! 🥈

No new PRs here, but I still hit some decent numbers despite the circumstances. Now I have my comp PRS 😁

Squat - 180kg
Bench - 115kg
Deadlift - 210kg

It wasn’t easy doing this coming off an injury and a 6-month Hyrox block. Just last June I was struggling with getting 170kg up, but shout out to @diegostaana and the @ascendtwc team for fixing me up and training me to pull this off in just 5 weeks! 💯

Special thanks to @_antonrecto for being my handler for the entire comp, @phstrongestchef for always keeping me in check when I started to doubt, and @magsv for lending me all the gear I needed for this 🙏

Thank you to everyone who supported me in the background and on the day itself @maecaczarina @jaydeedavid @katecambel @borromeo.derick @lizkuczera @antonevaristo @thatguycalledpierre @hegelquilatan and to everyone who stopped their workouts to cheer me on from Tempo that day ❤️

We’re about 6 months into the year, so I felt like looking back at one of 2026’s first adventures with some of the Nachos ⛰️

We trekked the dangerous roads of Osaka to make it to the too of Japan’s lowest mountain, and after 12 minutes of searching we made it! 🇯🇵
