In the land of Palestine, under Israeli control, freedom of movement is a privilege reserved only for some people, for us - Jewish people.
The freedom to move freely in one’s own land—in one’s home—is completely deprived of Palestinians, a deprivation that goes beyond geographical meaning and becomes a tool of control through separation and degradation.
As the privileged citizens of an apartheid state, our role in resisting the colonial order remains an open question, taking on different evolving answers.

We use this weekend to raise funds for the Al Mughayyir village in the west bank. A communitie facing and fighting daily Zionist armed assaults.
Therefor, photos (except ones presenting children) will be available for purchasing throughout the exhibition --> collection on the last day.

Die Marburger Filmreihe “Konflikt & Film” geht diesen Mittwoch weiter! Dieses Mal richten wir unseren Blick nach Palästina und Israel: genauer in das Westjordanland und schauen uns gemeinsam den bewegenden Dokumentarfilm “Where Olive Trees Weep" an.

„Where Olive Trees Weep“ nimmt uns mit zu persönlichen Geschichten der Palästinenser:innen und erzählt von Erfahrungen mit Besatzung, Verlust, Gewalt und Trauma – aber auch von Widerstandskraft, Hoffnung und dem Wunsch nach einer gerechten Zukunft.

Im Anschluss sprechen wir mit Abed Hassan und Yuval Gal Cohen über persönliche Erfahrungen, Perspektiven und die Frage, wie wir in Zeiten von Schmerz und Spaltung während eines Genozides zusammen kommen können.

The Marburg film series “Konflikt & Film” continues this Wednesday! This time, we’re turning our attention to Palestine and Israel – specifically the West Bank – and watching the moving documentary “Where Olive Trees Weep” together.

“Where Olive Trees Weep” takes us on a journey through the personal stories of Palestinians, recounting experiences of occupation, loss, violence and trauma – but also of resilience, hope and the desire for a just future.

Afterwards, we’ll be talking to Abed Hassan and Yuval Gal Cohen about their personal experiences, perspectives and the question of how can we come together in times of pain and Revision against Genocide.

Gemeinsam den AfD-Parteitag verhindern 🇵🇸

Auszug aus dem Aufruf der Palästinasolidarität für ein internationalistisches und konsequent antirassistisches widersetzen:

Als unterzeichnende palästinasolidarische Gruppen beteiligen wir uns am 4. Juli 2026 an den antifaschistischen Protesten von widersetzen gegen den AfD-Parteitag in Erfurt.

Eine konsequent antirassistische Praxis bei widersetzen wäre ein wichtiger Schritt, widersetzen migrantischer, solidarischer und stärker zu machen. Im aktuellen Konsens von widersetzen heißt es, „dass wir unsere eigenen Privilegien hinterfragen und uns gegenseitig unterstützen, damit alle ihren Protest auf die Straße tragen können“.
Wir fordern dazu auf, diesen Anspruch zu gelebter Praxis zu machen:

Mesarvot ist ein Netzwerk junger israelischer Aktivist:innen, die den Militärdienst verweigern. Sie wollen nicht der Apartheid, Besatzung und dem Genozid dienen. Sie sind der Ansicht, dass der Akt des Verweigern über das persönliche Gewissen hinaus geht. Es ist eine Konfrontation mit einem militarisierten Regime. Es bedeutet Widerstand und Solidarität mit Palästinenser:innen. Es heißt für Menschenrechte und Freiheit für alle zu kämpfen. Wir wollen von ihnen wissen, wie es ist, in einer militarisierten Gesellschaft aufzuwachsen, woher ihre Motivation kommt, was ihre Erfahrungen sind und welche Unterstützung sie bekommen.

More and more Palestinians coming out of Israeli prisons testify to being subjected to incredible torture and sexual violence. With thousands of testimonies and reports - Israel's abuse of Palestinians illegally detained behind bars is a secret no more.

We are honored to hear from and speak with Anti-Zionist human rights lawyer @benmarmarelli about Israel's treatment of Palestinian prisoners, the "new" death penalty act and how law is being used to normalize colonialism and apartheid. Marmarelli represents Palestinian prisoners for years, among them Palestinian imprisoned leader Marwan Bargouti, who is the center of an international campaign calling for his release.

Don't let the theater of states solidarity as solidarity fool you, these states continue with their weapons based relations: Even countries that announced their withdrawal from Eurovision as for Israel's participation continues to purchase Israeli weapons systems.

The Netherlands: In 2024 it decided to buy ‘Smash’ rifle sights from the company ‘Smart Shooter’ (An AI rifle sight). In December 2025 the Netherlands signed a contract worth 25 million Euros for military control and inspection. And another fresh acquisition happened very recently - in 2026 Rafael Industries got an order from the Netherlands of ‘Trophy’, also called Active Protection System, for armoured vehicles. The same system that is installed on the tanks that have flattened Gaza.

Ireland has a subscription apparently, it is using drones manufactured by Israel and pays half a million Euro per year for their ongoing maintenance, in addition to purchasing a phone hacking program of the company ‘Cellebrite’. The program is apparently still in use (there’s a utilization fee).

Spain declared an arms embargo on Israel as well as cancelling weapons deals as a reaction to the war, but continues buying ‘Spike’ anti-tanks missiles of Rafael Industries. How do they do it clean, for the sake of appearance?

While the Israeli Ambassador Ron Prosor was celebrating in the Leipzig Messe the Independence of Israel, protesters gathered in the town hall on Leipzig to protest against the death penalty for Palestinian prisoners and call for the end of Genocide in Palestine.

The Ambassador was invited both by the city of Leipzig and the federal state of Saxony.
