MatrixDAO NFT Project The making-of-project link is in my bio. - MatrixDAO is a community-driven research DAO that aims to explore emerging investment opportunities in Web 3.0. We integrate the wisdom and resources of the DAO's members to accelerate our portfolios, shifting the paradigm of crypto investments from venture capital to collaborative contributions from the community. We worked with Benson Sun to develop the visual branding and NFT passport for MatrixDAO. The NFT passport is designed for 1000 different PFP(Profile Picture) and 10 special editions. Based on the manifesto of MatrixDAO, we define the spirit of this brand as standing for exploring the future of the crypto world. Temporal Strata | audiovisual dome experience World premiere in Miami Temporal Strata takes the materiality of time as its point of departure, treating time as strata capable of sedimentation, disturbance, and continuous formation. Within the immersive field of the dome, sound and image are woven into a single perceptual space, displacing linear narrative as the mode through which time is apprehended. Time is instead progressively recalibrated in the act of looking and listening, as rhythms elongate and restructure and attention shifts between micro-variations. The work invites consciousness to contract into a single point, converting time from abstract measure into a state perceived through sound and image. Temporal Strata approaches time as matter: layered, unstable, and continuously in flux. A new branding, our branding new showreel. 🎧 Best experience with sound on. It’s been a while I haven’t update any of my personal works. I’m so dedicated to FPA in the past three years. It’s such honor to present the showreel since I founded the FPA. I deeply appreciate the talented team and the clients. In the meantime, I still continue to create my personal artistic works. Shape yourself｜FPA STUDIO ​ ⌖ ​ 關於這部短片的起點，我們採取團隊內部主導的創作模式，由創辦人 ＠jieliouart 留下一個開放命題：「做一個未來產品的動畫，會是什麼樣子？」 ​ 沿著這個概念發散，由四位設計師分別整理 #moodboard ，再透過集體創意激盪、整合方向後，最終我們聚焦在一台能感知維度變化的裝置，並由團隊成員擔任導演、負責各段拍攝內容，透過合作完成敘事結構的拼接。 ​ 針對這次的內容，我們也思考了將其轉為互動展示的可能性，包含影片中使用的造型與特徵，其實都具備轉譯為 3D 模型的基礎，未來有機會以 #互動網頁 或 #實體模型 的方式進行延伸，例如透過 #3D列印 拓展內容呈現的可能性。 ​ 這次創作核心不只是結果，而是試圖建立一種「命題—共創—聚焦—轉譯」的流程，讓每一次輸出都是一次理解與實驗的過程。 ​ ⌖ ​ The starting point of this short film came from an open brief proposed internally by our founder, @jieliouart: ​ "What would an animation for a product from the future look like?" ​ From that prompt, four of our designers each created a #moodboard to explore the idea from different angles. Through rounds of collaborative brainstorming and direction alignment, we eventually focused on a device capable of perceiving dimensional shifts. Each team member took on the role of director for a specific segment, and together we pieced together the narrative structure as a collective effort. ​ We also considered how this concept might evolve into an interactive experience. Many of the shapes and design elements featured in the film are already structured in a way that could be translated into 3D models. 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻 - 𝗙𝗣𝗔 ‘’Per aspera ad astra’’ ⌖ At the very beginning of the boundless universe, the silence of the inorganic collapsed and transformed and gave rise to a change and new life. From nothingness to actual existence, it traveled through time and space. Finally, it reached the realm of stars. ⌖ "Origin" is FPA's first short film, in which we integrate aesthetics and sculpt every frame to the extreme and perfection. As one startup brand, FPA aims to be a new type of digital art gallery, bringing together a variety of top-tier creators. We use visual images to tell stories, wander the margins of the times under various mediums and global trends, and explore the essence of creativity. The theme of "Origin" revolves around "Convergence", "Cohesion" and "Compound". Using pebbles and water as the starting point of the microcosm, the exhibition space is created with a brutal architectural structure. The theme is presented as a dynamic installation art, edited in a montage way style. In the end, the portrait composed of mixed media is used as the crystallization of convergence. After nearly 10 months of film-making, we attempt to explore the microcosm and macrocosm of the world from 0 to 1, from nothingness to existence. Also, we try to tell our visual philosophy of technology and analogy, nature, and mechanics, while creating a balance between minimalism and hyperrealism. It's an experimental challenge to piece together fragments and delve into technology.
